My character used to eat batteries and lead paint and that actually made him very resistant to the wasteland and its radiation, whos laughing now! *cough cough* Oh, what are these black dots on my skin

Since the rules of VATS changed abit (agility defining AP, luck defining crit and perception accuracy) - its perfectly possiable to avoid agility all together, even for a character who uses vats and guns.

Sniping a crit headshot in VATS from 300 meters and hitting - causing a killcam to follow the bullet and watch as a supermutants head explodes in a shower of mutated giblets would be 11/10

Your character SPECIAL choice isn't set for a mad max build, either.

He has awful charismatic skills and luck, (he HATES getting close to people so he recluses himself and when he lets people into that darrkk heart.. They usually die) whereas his endurance/strength and agility are sky high (at firt glance i noticed this..)
He is NOT "im a below average joe at everything"

If you want a good look at what mad max is like? The game displays it better than fury road ever could. Or watch the old movies. But dont settle for an awful character setup like that (no offence.. Its just - youre not good at anything but not bad at anything with them stats..) thinking its 11/10 what mad max is..

I've only seen fury road though there is a level cap in it through there I could make those strength endurance and agility go sky high while the other two could stay the same and in fallout im nocturnal I won't attack unless it's hostile or attack's me first
