WIP Thread: http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/162211-the-last-child-of-gallifrey-wipz/

  • Rebuild, pilot and look after the TARDIS through Time and Space
  • Scavenge the ruins of the once fabled UNIT Fort Osterhagen for deadly and useful xenotech
  • Lock doors and crack terminals with the Doctor's trusty Sonic Screwdriver
  • Solve the Quest behind the TARDIS to unlock its full potential, then level up to the golden Level 10 of Pilot Mastery to claim your prize!

It's taken me a loooong old 17 or so months and a lot of manhours, but it's finally released people.

Managed to whittle it down to 54mb in size.

May be bugs, playtest through up the odd few so any notification will be appreciated.

Massive labour of love this one and rather proud if I may say so.

Thanks to everybody over at the Nexus and the gamesas GECK forums for all your support, patience and help over the past while.

There will be a second release to come, but a short breaks needed.

Anyway, any questions, enjoy. Im taking a well earned weekend rest.

Whoops! Bug report: I found a door that opens to nothingness when unlocked(which is only a very easy lock as well), right side of the room that has a inaccessible door to a lower area, and a door to the left which leads to what seems to be a storage room, and some alien tech. I found this out quite by accident, and quickly found out afterwords that a new perk was added as well, which made me smile.
Not sure how easy it would have been to make, but it sounds like a fun perk!

Congrats on the release. I'll definitely download this, being a big Dr. Who fan (recently got into the series a few months ago. I encountered the Tardis in Fallout, but was it in Fallout 2 also? I haven't played FO2.

Lovely, thanks. I'm logging bugs by the hour so don't be afraid to chirp up if you find any.

Er, the Regenerate perk?

Oi, get out of there! ;)

I'd appreciate it if that wasn't touched just yet buddy, it was meant to be the reward for Reaching Level 10 but I held it back and it'll be the focus of Release Two.

:celebration: First of all, Congrats on the release of this gem of a mod!! :celebration:

I didn't get to try it out yet, but I am keeping up with the progress reports :) I really wanted to help with the bug extermination ( me finding the bugs and reporting them to you ). I will download the patch you have so far and hopefully by Monday I can sit down with the mod and take it for a spin.

I am really thankful that you made this mod for us to enjoy. I really want to thank you for the countless hours that you put into this. I know it wasn't easy, and there was a lot of frustration involved, but you stuck with it. You should be extremely proud of yourself and don't let the little bugs here and there make you feel any less proud. I wouldn't believe you were human if no bugs popped up at all :P

Make sure you take the little bit of rest you need, and treat yourself to a reward, cause you really deserve it!

You would make Dr. Who very proud, that is for sure! :hugs:

hey, demeggy,

About finding a dalek model, there is a mod for U3 called Doctor Who Time War that has a really good looking dalek model. The model was made by same guy who did some of the work for Star Wars Battlefront.

I don't know if he would give permission to use the model, but hey, it's worth a shot to ask anyways...

The only real thing you'd have to worry about is finding a way to convert the model from U3 to Fallout 3...I guess you could use nifskope and blender...

By the way, great mod, love it to pieces ;)

Oh, and before I forget, here is the URL for that mod I mentioned:
