When I hit the A button to launch the game all I get is the "select sound" or whatever you want to call it. Then nothing happens. It stays on the same screen. I've tried opening the game from my home page, from "My games and apps" and from the store.

I did two days of trouble shooting with Xbox and they could not fix it so they told me to get a hold of Bethesda. So I did so. That person ran me through the same trouble shooting. I've rebooted the xbox every way possible. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game every way possible. Unistalled other games to make more room for it. Nothing has worked. A few days ago the Bethesda rep said that a "specialist" would be getting in touch and I haven't heard anything since.

Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it? Starting to get pretty frustrated by this. One of the suggestions from Bethesda was to go out and rent copy and see if I could get it to work.... its 2016. Where I live there are no more video game or movie rental places around.
