So I recently bought FO4, and the game doesn't play full screen at all, neither will it save (as there is nothing in the load option), so I can't play the game (unless I wanna do a 1 life marathon)

I have tried reinstalling it in another place on my computer, and changing the fallout4.ini files by making them not just read-only and borderless & fullscreen options =1. Furthermore I have changed the folders option security to everyone has full access (including my user) and run the fallout 4 launcher as admin directly.

I am stuck at what else to do.
