Fallout 3 Won't Start After Upgrading.

Hello again, Bethesda! It's Flint...Well, this is the second time I've had issues starting Fallout 3. Since last time, I've upgraded to Windows 8 (Unfortunately. >_>) And I seem to be having trouble. The game doesn't freeze, it simply refuses to start at all. I click the icon, get to the launcher, click play, and it crashes immediately, never launching the game. I can't even tweak the .INI files, because they don't yet exist. I've tried validating the cache, reinstalling, and removing any chance that a mod could be ruining it by uninstalling them all. I've even deleted the Fallout3 folder, validated, and nothing. Thanks for your continued support!

Specs:

Lenovo Y510P

Two NVIDIA GeForce GT 750's

Intel i7 Quad core 2.4 GHz

8GB RAM

If you need any further information, I'll be happy to provide.

Did you read the stickied thread at the top of this forum about getting it to run with Windows 7/8, and using multi-core processors? There's a couple of things you need to do. Also, I've read that the game doesn't like dual video cards, you might want to try shutting one off when playing the game. You might also want to consider installing some third party codecs, that seems to solve a lot of problems for people. Two options are K-Lite and Sharky's.
