[ Basic Info ]
Name: Lead Brigade
Karma: Neutral, with bits of Good here and there
Leader: Zeppelin von Luftwaffel
Allies: None, really
Enemies: All control freaks, as well as those who are just plain mean.
Location: North of Seattle, in a place known as Bellingham
Tech: The best they can get their hands on.

[ Backstory ]
About four years ago, a young man of age 21 was roaming the wastes, as he oft did at the time, when he encountered upon a book from before the War. The book was in excellent condition, and detailed a society where people generally got along. For the most part rules were laissez-faire, and justice just as so. The primary force for keeping the described society from plunging into chaos was known as the "Lead Brigade", due to the fact that they tended to remedy chaotic situations using a method known in the old world as "filling people with lead".

Zeppelin loved this idea, and proceeded to enact it. Within three months, the Lead Brigade was born, protecting a small chunk of city ruins they had dubbed "Eve", based off the remains of a street sign found outside their current base of operations. Today, Lead Brigadiers (as they became known) number in the hundreds, and they alone control almost the entire city of Eve.

The Lead Brigade's agenda is simple - if you keep everything mostly civil, and not ask them for assistance in your problems, they'll leave you alone. Start things, get everyone riled up, and you'll be ejected from Eve - assuming someone else doesn't take the law into their own hands first. They intend to spread this ideology as far as possible, and they will overthrow dictatorships to do it if they find them. They tend to leave democracies alone for some reason. Anyone who has assisted the Lead Brigade is welcome to join.

[ Quest ]
Title: Hats Off
From: Zeppelin von Luftwaffel
Reward: 500 caps (750 with Barter check), ability to join the Lead Brigade

The player triggers the quest by asking Zeppelin if he has anything that needs done. Zeppelin will start to say that there's nothing on his desk that really needs any immediate attention, when a Brigadier comes in and informs him that there's been a major incident at the old bus station, and Brigadier Roy Harper didn't make it out of there. Zeppelin appoints the task of investigating what became of him, and rescuing him if he's alive, to the player, deciding that nobody would think some random Wastelander would be the one to defeat the men who seem to have taken over the bus station.

When the player gets to the bus station, they are confronted by "Osprey", the representative of a group of radicals known as the "Birds of Salvation", who take "if you're not with us you're against us" very seriously - the religion they believe in demands it. The player never gets the chance to fully learn about the religion. The Birds allow the player to move inside and around the bus station freely - so long as he bows (enters Sneak mode) when the bell rings and stays out of the "Damnation Pen" (which is where Harper is being held).

From here, the player character has a few choices - he can approach the leader of this cult, who will then give the player the key to the Damnation Pen and ask him/her to bring Harper to him. This will allow you to enter the Pen and untie Harper without consequence. He can then bring Harper to the leader, which will fail Hats Off, or he can bring Harper outside, which will turn every member of the cult hostile.

Or the player can just waltz into the Pen (Easy lock). He/She will be confronted by the guard inside - with a Speech check the player can convince the guard that his leader had the captive released. With a Barter check the player can bribe the guard 200 caps to keep quiet about the whole mess. Or the player can just attack the guard, turning the whole cult hostile.

Return to Zeppelin once Harper is untied. Zeppelin's reaction to the player's return will vary based on the conditions:
- If the player used a Speech or Barter check on the guard, Zeppelin will congratulate the player on using a diplomatic approach - he didn't want to use violence unless it was necessary.
- If the player attacked the guard or used the leader's key to get inside, Zeppelin will applaud the player's and Harper's bravery, but wish that fighting didn't have to break out.
- If Harper died on the way back, the player will say that Harper died fighting for his escape. Zeppelin will award him the highest award he can think of, as a tribute to his memory.

The end result is the same - 500 caps (or 750 after a Barter check), and Zeppelin will offer you a place in the Lead Brigade.

1. Wasteland Cleaning Service (For those few who have seen them they are called Ninja Maids.)

2. True Neutral

3. Followers? Like companions? None.

4. None.

5. NONE! :stare:

6. Everywhere and nowhere at the same time.

7. Katana's, stilettos, brooms, they wear maid outfits.

8. They come from a vault which fed it's inhabitants with brainwashing media to force them all to become pedantic, when they left their vault they started to clean up the wasteland, streets, houses... People... They clean up the trash wherever they go, who they consider trash though... That's hard for anyone not in their faction to wrap their heads around..

9. There are no quests for them but if you litter anywhere they will start hunting you, they are extremely sneaky and powerful and can easily kill you, so don't go around dropping stuff out of your inventory at random.

I've been thinking about this faction for a while now and this is my first attempt to put it down on paper so let me know what you think.

Faction Name: The Defilers

Faction Morality: Most of the time neutral

Followers: None

Allies: None

Enemies: Anyone who could negatively effect their power or profit

Location: Pre-war military factory ship near New Orleans, Louisiana

Technology: Near constant supply of american military weaponry with small arsenal of energy weapons. Handful of power armor (with no clue on how to work them) and old combat armor.

History: The Defilers are the descendants of a large gang who took over a Pre-war factory ship that was wrecked off the coast of Louisiana. The gang (whose name was the Defilers) had been at war with a rival gang for years and was on the verge of losing due to lack of weapons and a fortified position. As a last resort they decided to check out an abandoned ghost ship beached on the coastline. It was a well known fact that the ship was full of the ghoulified remnants of the ship's old crew and was avoided by most travelers. The gang took their chances and surprisingly killed all of the feral ghouls; however they lost half, if not more, of their own. After searching the ship it turned out that it was one of the few factory ships in the American fleet before the war. The purpose of the ship was to construct weapons and ammunition for the army on site so supply lines wouldn't have to be depended on so heavily. It constructed guns, ammo, and basic medical supplies only needing materials every so often because of a working ammo press and strict recycling codes. This ship was exactly what the Defilers needed to get the edge on their enemy and quickly began repairing weaponry to near perfect condition and making their own ammunition; after learning from various schematics and holotapes that is. With their sparkling new weaponry and their own metal fortress, the Defilers had the strength they needed to destroy their enemies. After bribing mercenary groups with new weapons and getting their numbers back up to par with their rivals, the Defilers led a bold offensive against the rival gang and won with ammo to spare. They returned to their base and began a major repairing operation and have restored nearly three-fifths of the ships weapons making systems. They provided the people of Louisiana with new weaponry and ammunition in exchange for supplies and slaves. Five years later and the Defilers are one of the most powerful factions in Louisiana, maybe even all of the Gulf Coast. A thriving trader city has sprung up around the ship and is the main supplier of supplies to the Defilers. They have secluded themselves to the confines of their fortress and only come out to trade and for the occasional expedition for fresh materials. After rising from the brink of destruction the Defilers are a major force in the wasteland and should not be taken for granted.

Faction Name: People's Republic of America (i know taken)

Faction Morality: Neutral/ evilish

Followers: Former Chinese agents and dragoons that were ghoulified, former Vault Citizens who were brainwashed when their PA systems were hacked and forced to broadcast communist propaganda, tribals and commoners of all races, species etc.

Allies: Temporary, if they do not integrate in the Republic they will be eventually destroyed

Enemies: Brotherhood of Steel, Vault Dwellers ( they represent the bourgeois of a time of oppression)

Location: Based along the Mississippi river ( reflection of Yangtze river societies)

Technology: Chinese assault rifles, modified metal armor made to look a Chinese imperial officer suit, dragoon stealth suits, strong agrarian base, lots and lots of numbers

History: With the south of the United States not as badly hit by the bombs, a lot of settlements became isolated and eventually degenerated into feudalistic slaver societies. Ghoul communists around the industrialized north east saw the fertility of the land and the fragile societies of the land as a perfect spot to start their communist revolution. With their pre war technologies they easily fortified the area along the Mississippi and began placing their ghoul chairmen throughout their land, later after discovering a powerful broadcasting station communist leaders began spreading the word of Marx and Mao throughout the wastes. However much to their surprise the first people who followed ( or actually understood) their propaganda were vault dwellers whose radio waves were engulfed with their broadcasts.
The dwellers dyed their jumpsuits red and removed the numbers on the back as a sign of equality and acceptance of communism, GECK's were willingly given to the Republic of America which increased their agricultural power and increased their stranglehold on the locals. Unwilling vaults were invaded and its inhabitants were slaughtered or sent to work camps, it's workers then built the new Forbidden City in what was formerly Memphis Tennessee. Now with a strong power base, swelling numbers and extremely efficient Dragoon agents who have spent centuries honing their skill, the People's Republic of America seeks to free the people of the northeast from the shackles of the Brotherhood of Steel, claim all technologies for their state and finally set a base in New York City where they can immediately convert all immigrants into communism and use it's harbors to spread their word worldwide.

Tactics: Since the bulk of the PRoA's army is very poorly trained and could not properly combat against guerrilla assaults, and the majority of settlements they encounter have homegrown militias, envoys are employed and sent to those societies where they rally all the downtrodden with promises of food and prosperity and begin teaching of Communist philosophy, and eventually the illusion of class warfare begin in those communities. The army then moves in when the schism is strongest in the settlement and due to its impressive numbers and their disunited enemy takes the settlement without any problems. Against established factions such as the Brotherhood of Steel the PRoA relies on attrition to oppose superior units, and the wide skill and operative freedom of the Crimson Dragoons to commit terrorist acts and assassinations on key personnel. The stealth suits used by the Dragoons are so prized by the PRoA that all Dragoons have explosives on them in case they are surrounded and destroy the suit, themselves and anyone along the blast, and if that fails the Republic is more than willing to send several platoons of men to recover a single Dragoon's body.

1. Faction name - 1. Faction name - TLR - The Lone Rangers

2. Faction morality (Good, bad, neutral, etc...)

Good/Neutral

3. Followers.

The TLR consists of the original Rangers who created it, recruits from various settlements and have been recruited secretly, Enclave remnants, BoS refuges from the BoS/NCR war who headed east but got split off from the Mojave chapter at Helios, NCR deserters and ex-NCR soldiers who believe that the NCR is not doing all it can. Rangers also consist of researchers, similar to BoS scribes, who research pre-war technology and knowledge for the good of those struggling in the wasteland. These researchers have also been able to recreate Power Armour to a degree with the help of the ex-BoS/Enclave members.

Lone Rangers also use a variety of different robots such as Sentry Bots, Robobrains and interestingly enough, they have been able to disconnect a fair amount of Securitrons from Mr Houses control for their own needs.

4. Allies.

They have few allies but they still have connections with the remains of the Nevada Rangers in the NCR who keep them up to date with NCR intel. The TLR also has an alliance with both the Super Mutants of Jacobstown and were the ones who supplied Dr Henry with the Stealth Boy Mk II prototype. Finally they keep a good relationship with the Followers of the Apocalypse and many of the supposed Follower guards are actually supplied by the TLR.

Settlements such as Novac, Westside, Freeside, Goodsprings, Primm etc are unknowingly defended by the Rangers and approach members of the community who they see as fit for TLR service privately but those approached aren't forced into it although they are expected to keep TLR identity hidden for fear of retribution. The few in these settlements who know of their existence will help TLR due to the many sacrifices committed by TLR to defend these independent settlements.

5. Enemys (Must have at least one)

TLR are on bitter terms with the NCR leadership and while have not attacked openly; they have tried to sabotage the other countless times, a sort of cold war if you will.

They are also sworn enemies of the Legion and have vowed to defend the inhabitents of the Mojave against Caesar. It is the TLR who have committed the majority of raids upon Legion encampments, many being covered up by the NCR as their own victories so as to boost NCR morale and reputation.
6. Location

TLR has several outposts through the Mojave region including hidden outposts in Freeside, Primm and Novac (all hidden with secret entrances that are heavily defended with turrets and personnel) but their main base is a pre-war military bunker several times the size of Hidden Valley built several miles beneath Ivanpah Dry Lake (Entrance consists of a hidden manhole leading into a heavily guarded entrance hall that leads to an elevator into the main complex

TLR also has detachments in Jacobstown, Camp Golf, The Strip, Camp McCarren, Sloan, Goodsprings all of which are undercover.

7. Technology (Wepons, armour, etc...)

TLR is rather advanced; they still weild the black combat armour that the Nevada Rangers were renowned for but since their organisation gained members from the BoS and Enclave, they have been able to recreate a working Power Armour that is seen as a mix of a T51-b model and an Advanced Mark I armour which are distributed to the more elite members of the Rangers while the rest use black combat armour when not incognito.

The weapons utilised by the TLR are generally Sniper Rifles, AMRs, Gauss Rifles, Marksman Carbines as well as smaller handguns such as the 12.7mm and the .223 pistols. All members of the TLR are also well trained in close quarters combat and weild a signature knife similar to a Kukri.

TLR also has an abundance of prewar technology ranging from hydroponics and radio communications; they have also researched and created new technology such as wireless communication devices used by operatives in the field. Currently the Research team are trying to build an Vertibird within their Ivanpah base from Enclave designs and are almost finished with a prototype weilding several upgrades to the current model such as plasma turrets on the underside of the Vertibird and an experimental energy shield reworked from alien technology.

8. History

TLR is built upon the Nevada Rangers who disagreed with being absorbed by the NCR, seeing them as corrupted and too focused on self interests that they would cause more harm than good, these Rangers continued to fight against Caesar and the various Raider groups such as the Fiends, Vipers etc using guerilla warfare and although the independent settlements might not realise it; they are defended from major threats by the Rangers and many "disappearances" are actually recruited members into TLR and the influx of members from the various wasteland societies has made the TLR an amalgam of post war civilisation and has allowed it to become somewhat a pinnacle of research technology.

9. Optional: Quest (To get in, to earn its perks, etc...)

You are approached while sleeping by a TLR Ranger after doing various good deeds through the Wasteland (send power from Helios to Freeside, help Westside, Followers, etc) and offered a place among their ranks but as you are well renowned for helping people; the TLR need you to do 2 things before you are allowed access to their main base and services.

1) You must recover an Alien power device hidden and guarded deep within a hidden vault building far beneath the Hoover Dam, which was actually built to hide the energy signature created by the device

2) You need to save a TLR operative from the Legion Fort without being caught and before the operative is either killed or sold into slavery and shipped deeper into Arizona.

After you have done this you are made a full Ranger of the TLR and will have access to their base under Ivanpah as well as the several outposts hidden throughout the Mojave. You will also have access to the TLR Power Armour which is unique in its design as well as being slightly better than Remnants power armour.

At the conclusion of the main quest and you have completed this quest, the prototype Vertibird will land within the Legates camp and fire upon the Legion using the Plasma turrets as well as deploy a detachment of TLR in Power Armour to assist you.

Depending on the four endings the TLR will be affected in these ways:

Legion: After the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, the TLR tried, in vain, to hold off the Legion advancement as the NCR fled, fleeing refuges could only watch as mysterious men and women, in the armour they thought was the NCRs, held back the Legion for several weeks as they helped the independent settlements of the Mojave evacuate to safety. One by one they fell back, Legion in pursuit, to Ivanpah where they seemingly vanished from Legion eyes beneath the desert sands. Now and then rumours spread about how the Lone Rangers stood against the Legion alone; for the common good.

NCR: After the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, the TLR assistance in defeating the Legion made the NCR see the light and create an alliance between the two organisations. The TLRs vertibird being a success, several more were created and were seen rarely flying above the New Vegas skyline. Patrolling the skies and patrolling the roads. All for the common good of those they protect.

House: After the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, the TLR were sent an envoy by Mr House due to the newfound respect that the Rangers had gained for defending the New Vegas area, this envoy offered the TLR the Mk II upgrade for their securitrons and an embassy on the strip (to replace the NCR) in return for actively patrolling the Mojave wasteland to defend its citizens from both NCR and Legion. The TLRs vertibird being a success, several more were created and were seen rarely flying above the New Vegas skyline. Patrolling the skies and patrolling the roads. All for the common good of those they protect.

Yes Man: After the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, the TLR were approached by their erstwhile ally, The Courier. He/She offered them access to the Lucky 38 and all the technology it could offer in return for assistance in defending the truly Independent New Vegas from the retreating NCR and Legion forces. The TLRs vertibird being a success, several more were created and were seen rarely flying above the New Vegas skyline. Patrolling the skies and patrolling the roads. All for the common good of those they protect.

1. The Nukee

2. Down with this sort of thing.

3. Nuka-Cola addicted Tribals.

4. Assorted other illiterates and raiders.

5. Anyone found in possession of Nuka-Cola.

6. Omaha; the gutted remains of a Nuka-Cola plant.

7. Tribal. Spears, axes, and pointed sticks are the norm. Possessed of a fleet of makeshift mopeds, running on the plant's abundant, fruit-based compost. Their reverrance for the beverage that gives them their name is evident in all facets of their society: Head dresses made from empty bottles, blades made from broken shards, and ornaments made from bottle caps. Guns are rare, and tend to be traded in exchange for more Nuka-Cola.

8. Originally a clan of cannibals living out in the Nebraskan wilds, they were tamed and converted to the worship of Nuka-Cola by their meal-turned-prophet, Phil. Following him on a grand treck south, they came upon a vast ruin, which Phil proclaimed to be the source of the godly nectar. Sure enough, they found the place to be overflowing with the stuff. Having taught them his ways and brought them to paradise, Phil left the Nukee, and ventured out into the wasteland, never to be seen again. The tribe are now dedicated to preservation of the drink, and the quest to recreate it. Phil has been transformed in their primative art into a divine, Christ-like figure, his motorcycle helmet turned into a big red halo.

9. A crate full of frozen Passion Fruit is known to exist somewhere in Midwest. Find it, that the production of Nuka-Cola might begin again!

I tried to make a relatively large, shade-of-gray faction similar to how the NCR and Legion are portayed in New Vegas. I was going to go with a Confederacy theme, but since that was already taken I went for a colonial-period theme.

1. Faction name: Federation of Virginia

2. Faction morality: Neutral

3. Followers: Much of the population of former Virginia, made up of 14 different tribes by 2283

4. Allies: NCR, (in theory, attempts to contact them have failed) Eastern Brotherhood of Steel

5. Enemies: Enclave, possibly Legion and/or NCR

6. Location: Most of central-eastern parts of Virginia, some parts of nearby states

7. Technology: Mostly basic firearms (rifles, machineguns, etc.) and explosives. Heavy emphasis on artillery. Some basic armor and melee weapons are used. The standard uniform for their soldiers is based on the American Revolution “Minutemen” uniform. They have some advanced technology salvaged from Enclave remnants.

8. History:

In 2240, Virginia consisted of mostly a large number of small farming communities trying to scratch a meager living in the remains of the nuclear-ravaged state. In this year Matthew Salem became the tribal leader of the area that was once Richmond, taking over after his fathers death. Considering himself something of an amateur historian, he sent some of his followers to search for information on pre-war society in the east coast.

In 2247 a large band of raiders called the Scythes began attacking towns in western Virginia. Eventually this caught the attention of Matthew Salem, as he considered most Virginians to be his “comrades,” even if they didn’t have the same government. Salem went west to battle the raiders after convincing some of his men that they needed to be stopped before they got to the Richmond area. This culminated in the Battle of Monticello, where the Scythes were defeated by Salem while holding out in the remains of Thomas Jefferson’s old mansion, the Monticello. Nearly all of the male Scythes were killed in the battle, and the women and children were made into slaves.

Salem began searching the Monticello and the surrounding towns for historical evidence. He eventually claimed that he had found evidence (no such evidence actually existed though) proving that he was the descendant of Thomas Jefferson, a historical figure who had almost legendary status among his followers. He then changed his name to Matthew Jefferson. On his way back to Richmond he was greeted as a hero by many, and he began a campaign of (sometimes forcefully) uniting most of the nearby tribes and settlements in Virginia. He was known for having a marching band accompanying him and his forces.

He modeled his society largely after Jefferson’s ideas; being a staunch believer in republicanism, individual rights, and a mostly agrarian society. His society is based (at least in theory) mostly on colonial Virginia. Slavery exists in his new Federation of Virginia, but the living condition of slaves are about the same as that of most lower-class workers. Most slaves also buy their freedom eventually. Women are usually treated as inferior, their status is much the same as it was in 1700’s Virginia. In 2274 Matthew died, and his son Edward Jefferson was elected as “President for life.” Shortly after Edward claimed that the FoV represented the true heart of the United States, and he declared himself as the president of (what is left of) the entire nation.

In 2275, FoV scouts went north to investigate what remained of the capital. They discovered a wild, super-mutant infested place that would be too dangerous to attempt to retake at the time. In 2277, they learned of the defeat of the Enclave in DC at the hands of the Brotherhood of Steel and the Lone Wanderer. FoV scouts managed to contact the Eastern Brotherhood and created an uneasy truce. The FoV agreed to hand over any advanced technology that they have in exchange for safe passage into the Capital Wasteland, but the FoV has kept a small amount of advanced tech hidden.

The FoV saw the Enclave as a threat to their authority and attempt to rise to power. President Edward stated that the Enclave actually had no real affiliation with the former US government, and they were declared as guilty of treason for “impersonating the US government.” Any Enclave members found by the FoV would be captured and executed. In practice though the FoV rarely went out of its way to find fight the Enclave however. By 2278 Edward began planning for an invasion of the DC, believing that being in control of the former US capital would lend credibility to his claim as the new national president. Maintaining peace with the Brotherhood would prove to be very difficult however.

The FoV learned of the events in Hoover Dam shortly after the first battle. They attempted to contact the NCR, believing that they shared a similar goal of trying to recreate the past. NCR officials at the dam largely ignored their scouts however, believing that the FoV was more like the Legion than the NCR. No message ever got sent to the NCR government in California, and they were ignored further during the battle. The FoV scouts in the west had difficulty avoiding the Legion for a second time on the way back east however, and it is most likely that they were captured or lost. The FoV currently considers the NCR and the Legion as possible enemies in the future, although there is still hope that diplomacy might win out in the end.

9. Optional: Quest: I can imagine a quest in Fallout 3 involving retaking the capital building and the surrounding area, but I’m not sure now on the details. Discovering the fate of the western scouts could also be a quest in Fallout: New Vegas.

1. Faction name: Pirates

2. Faction morality: (Good, bad, neutral, etc...) Bad...duh, they're pirates :celebration:

3. Followers: Mostly slavers, people with negative karma

4. Allies: Caesar's Legion (barely), raiders, Powder Gangers

5. Enemys (Must have at least one): NCR, children

6. Location: The sunken state of Florida and the waters west of that

7. Technology (Wepons, armour, etc...): Swords, flint lock pistols, grappling hooks, slave collars, mesmetron, rebreather Swashbuckler's uniform

8. History: After being pushed out of the Pitt, many of the surviving slavers decided to head to sunny Florida for a little vacation spot only to find that it had flooded over. Thinking the water might be the ultimate barrier between them and anybody like the Lone Wanderer, they eventually set up a city of rafts and ships while going onto land only to scavenge and lure in unsuspecting victims. The Pirates set up a veritable paradise for slavers out at sea on the backs of their slaves, only blighted by a few family members foolish enough to beg for their loved ones back.

9. Optional: Quest (To get in, to earn its perks, etc...)
Beyond the Sea: Distressed parents are looking for their lost children. After hearing rumors about the Pirates in the area, they beg you to help find them

Taking candy from a baby: In order to prove you are not a threat to the pirates, you must lure 5 children to the Pirates and have the option of using lolipops and puppies to entice children onto your raft.

Blue Beard's Closet: A young slave girl has been tricked into marrying Blue Beard. She has seen his closet and something must be done about this. Either help Blue Beard kill the girl and her brothers or somehow save the girl from her fate.

I would add other witty pirate related titles but I can't think of any right now

ok, so I thought this would be funnier, but as I wrote it out it sounded really dumb, so I went with this super serious idea and it's too much like the slavers of paradise falls.

Location: Alameda county, Northern California, Northwest Commonwealth

Technology: Pip-Boy 2000 series for the higher ranking members of Her Majesty's court. The Queen's Royal Guard is armed with H&K G11s and M72 Gauss Rifles, both weapons are imported from the Shi. There is a ZAX AI in Vault 9, but is unoperational until the generator is repaired.

History: Vault 9 was inhabited completly by Atheists. Vault 9 had computers with vast databanks covering every subject of history, except religion. Any event involving religon was either changed to something else or ignored completely. For example, they were taught that The Crusades were started after one leader called another leader's cousin fat! As result, Vault 9 has a very skewed view of history. The Vault 9 dwellers would never encounter religion, at least until they left the vault.

On the 19th of November, 2248, after 171 years, Vault 9's power generator fails and the dwellers are forced to head into the wasteland, leaving their vault behind. After over a week of walking, they reached what was once Oakland, California. The superior weapons of the vault dwellers decimated the bands of raiders and Press Gangs in Oakland, and Oakland's Locals allowed the Dwellers shelter in the old city. However, there were deaths among the dwellers, including Overseer John Simmons. The new overseer, John's 28-year old daughter, Melissa Simmons declared herself Queen of Oakland, both the Dwellers and Locals approved the decision.

In April 2254, The Huboloigists tried to convert the Kingdom of Alameda to Hubology, but the Dwellers did not believe the stories, and the Locals knew how crazy these guys were. Scouts from the Shi, after hearing about the Hubologists' failed attempts in Oakland formally asked the Kingdom of Alameda to join forces against the Hubologists. The Kingdom of Alameda and the Shi Empire combined their forces in eradicating the Huboloigists. In 2255, Shi and Alameda forces attacked Fort Point, the HQ of the Hubologists, located under the Golden Gate bridge. The attack was a major victory for the Shi-Alameda armies, the Hubologists were finally destroyed. The two nations would establish strong trade relations and peace lasted for many years.

Eventually, the Brotherhood of Steel decided that they were the only ones worthy of holding technology in the wasteland. The Shi and Alameda never saw much opposition from the Brotherhood at first, other than a failed raid of the Emperor's Palace in San Francisco by the Brotherhood in March of 2272. In July of 2274, reinforcements from Lost Hills arrived to support the Bay Area chapter of the Brotherhood. The NCR contacted the Shi Empire and the Kingdom of Alameda in January of 2275 to help the Republic stop the Brotherhood menace. From May 2275 to February 2276, the Shi, Alameda, and NCR forces would find Brotherhood bunkers scattered throughout the Bay Area. In August 2276, NCR intel revealed the last bastion of Brotherhood in the Bay Area was an old military airfield called Moffett Field. The Shi, Alameda, and NCR Rangers invaded Moffett Field on the 18th of September, 2276. After the difficult battle, the Brotherhood was defeated in the Bay Area.

Quests (2281):

Major Quest: Fix the Vault 9 power generator, Reward: 2500 caps, a lot of Alameda reputation
"The Kingdom of Alameda needs to reclaim our technology in Vault 9, but the generator has been broken ever since we left in 2248. If you can fix the generator, and deal with anything that might be living in there, you'll have a lot of friends in Alameda, as well as San Francisco, plus 2500 caps." - Chancellor Williams, Queen Simmons' foreign advisor.

A tribe from the pre-war cities of Concord and Walnut Creek has moved into Vault 9, they are not willing to leave the vault, or allow anyone access into it. Will you kill them and force your way in, negotiate your way inside and a treaty with the Shi and Alameda, or sneak your way in.

Minor Quests:
Stop the Hubologist remnants recently spotted in Fremont, Reward: 500 caps, Alameda reputation
Roger is missing, try the mountains to the east, Reward: 450 caps, Alameda reputation

Faction Name:
The Edmonton Reapers

Faction Morality:
Extremely Evil

Followers:
Anyone who has no morals is welcome to join the Reapers, but the minute you start showing regret for the things you have done you are killed.

Allies:
The Reapers trade with the Edmonton Drug Cartel who are located in the same mall the Reapers are, and wastelanders who pay to live in the mall.

Enemies:
Everybody who is not allied with them.

Location:
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (West Edmonton Mall)

Technology:
The Reapers use whatever they can for both armor and weapons. Members of the Reapers are usually making there own weapons out of anything and since they have been doing this for all there lives they usually craft some pretty brutal weapons.

History:
Before the war the top gang in Edmonton collected enough money for the ten warlords to buy a spot in a Vault in Montana. Two days before the war they went to the Vault and decided to go in early. Twenty years after the war the group left the Vault and went north, it took a month before they arrived at Edmonton due to having to fight crazy survivors. Once they got to Edmonton they took shelter in the mall and cleaned out the largest store barricaded the entrances and let anyone who was willing to kill to survive in. Within a few weeks they had one hundred members, these members went on a cleaning spree and got rid of all the rubble and garbage in the mall. All supplies were brought to the main store and the group recruited from there one out.

Eventually they got there hands on hundreds of weapons from an old military base that had been left alone since the war, they brought these weapons back to the mall and began to kill many people who had started settlements around the mall for there supplies. Soon they started to allow people to live in and around the mall but for a large price. Once a small amount of order returned to the world the Reapers were made a target by “good” factions but whenever they tried to attack the Reapers they would die because of there weapons and defences they made in the mall. Today they are the most feared faction in Edmonton.

Faction name: Zodiac Empire

Faction morality (Good, bad, neutral, etc...): Neutral Evil

Followers: Anybody absorbed into their Empire.

Allies: Followers of the Apocalypse, New Vegas.

Enemies: NCR, Caesar's Legion, Brotherhood of Steel.

Location: All of Washington State with Seattle being its Capital, South West Canada and North Idaho but their presence can be felt all the way in New York in the form of scouts.

Technology (Weapons, armour, etc...): For the Zodiac Military, they have custom made T-51b power armour and equipped with powerful laser weapons or large guns. The Air Force is equipped with 300 Vertibirds, 200 of those being combat while the other 100 are used as either scout planes or troop transport. They even have 3 working Nuclear Submarines with 3 missiles in each of them, 2 megatons each, from Pre-War days, but are unable to create new ones.

For cities, the Zodiacs give full power nuclear generators that were made working again. In regular suburban areas of the Zodiac Empire, people live in Pre-War like houses with all luxuries like television, heating, electricity, plumbing, fridges, and radio, albeit only with 10 channels for radio and 30 channels for T.V, all Zodiac approved channels.

History:
The Zodiac Empire in Pre-War times was a massive operation in Far East Asia to transport troops to U.S soil, via cargo ships with stolen U.S Vertibirds to make it look legitimate to the Coast Guard. They succeeded and over 10,000 troops made it to Washington State where they attacked Fort Lewis and took over all of Washington State. Waiting for the orders from China to launch the nuclear missiles on board the nuclear submarines in a Naval Shipyard in the Puget Sound Area, they were taken by surprise when a nuclear launch warning was sent to the commander of the operation stationed in Washington. They seized control of the Vaults and took refuge inside. In there, 3 different coups happened in the largest Vault where the original leaders were housed, with the leader taking an oligarchic control of the government, acting as a chief executive with specifically chosen people to be "councilors."

They managed to keep contact between Vaults and other fallout shelters and when they emerged, they took control of Washington State once more and began to rebuild. Cut to 200 years later, Aiden Park, the current CEO of the Zodiac Empire, directed a hostile takeover of Canada. They were met with little resistance as the newly created Vertibirds and the 10,000 troops completely decimated any resistance. With that extra space, a flourishing boost of people happened. At the end of 2270, the population was little over 60,000 people, including troops.

Aiden took a very aggressive role. He took very good care of his civilians, providing true equality in terms of food and wealth. There was almost no crime due to the brutal death penalties and most people were happy due to the fact that they got 3 meals a day and free housing. But to enemy soldiers, there was no mercy. Troops would burn down entire towns with citizens in them just to take over another faction. Eventually, when they started to invade NCR territory in 2277, they met the Followers. Aiden was smitten by one of them and after a very magnificent wedding, the Zodiac Empire sent their near limitless supply of medical equipment to them while sending 10% of their troops around the bases of the Followers.

With that, the Zodiac Empire prospered. NCR started to resent them, not just because of their invasion but because they were brought up with a silver spoon in their mouths. While they got all the technology from China, Korea, and Japan, not to mention the high amounts of technology in the military bases, nuclear silos, and factories in Washington, the NCR had to claw its way to where it was. This caused rising tensions, sparking countless wars with the NCR, neither side moving.

At the end of 2280, the Zodiacs met Caesar's Legion but after seeing their "uncivilized brutality", they refused to help them in their attack on NCR, saying they didn't need Caesar's Legion. They established many bases in the Mojave Wasteland but never tried to expand beyond their Empire in the Northwest coast. They sent scouts as far east as D.C, but never tried expanding beyond their Empire without first getting rid of NCR and Caesar's Legion. The Zodiac Empire made contact with New Vegas and after some negotiations with Mr. House, the Empire made pact with him. Don't touch Vegas and they'll trade with the Empire.

Optional Quest

Fallout 3(Need Broken Steel): You are approached by a man in very peculiar power armour after doing many deeds that made you famous(fixing Galaxy News Radio and finishing the Main Quest). He introduces himself as a Colonel for the Zodiac Army and offers you a groundbreaking opportunity to establish a Followers of the Apocalypse base camp in D.C. But in order to do that, you must first do a couple tasks.

1. Acquire the schematics for a Tesla Coil, hidden in the depths of the Deathclaw sanctuary and guarded by a massive Deathclaw. To not attract attention, Zodiac members will take all heavy weapons and leave you with regular guns and energy weapons. After giving the Tesla Coil schematics to the Colonel, he orders construction of a base camp in the ruins of a building near Megaton.

2. Either negotiate peace with the Capital Wasteland Brotherhood of Steel or kill them. If you wish to negotiate peace, you must talk to Elder Lyons, Scribe Rothchild, Sentinel Lyons, and Star Cross Paladin(if she's dead, you don't have to). With a high speech skill, you can negotiate peace with them or just go on a quest to prove that the Zodiacs are loyal. If not, kill everybody in the Citadel.

3. Go into Vault 101 and either kill Amata or negotiate a trading relationship between them and the Followers who have just arrived. The Zodiac Empire had contacted them using Vault Tek instruments in the Washington Vaults and Amata opened the door for you and you alone. With a high speech skill, the Lady Killer perk, or finding a piece of paper detailing their motives in the Follower's base locked with a "Very Hard" lock, you can convince Amata to trade with them and open the Vault. Or you could just kill her.

With those three tasks complete, the Followers of the Apocalypse with Zodiac backup, have moved into the Capital Wasteland. Depending on how you went about doing the quests, there are 3 different outcomes.

Kill Capital Wasteland Brotherhood but not Vault 101: The residents of the Capital Wasteland, attached to the Brotherhood, kept attacking the Followers, regardless of them trying to help the people there. Eventually, the Colonel ordered Megaton burnt to the ground, causing the reputation of the Followers to plummet in the Capital Wasteland for years to come.

Destroy Vault 101 but not Capital Wasteland Brotherhood: The Brotherhood, realizing the amount of technology that could be gathered in Vault 101, headed there immediately to be met with a hostile Zodiac defensive. They waged a bloody and brutal war with the equally matched Zodiac Empire. But the Brotherhood had the home front advantage and the Zodiacs had no choice but to leave with the Followers. Enraged, the Colonel carpet bombed the Citadel, causing heavy losses for the Brotherhood, plunging the Capital Wasteland in a dark age.

Ally with the Brotherhood AND Vault 101: Vault 101, giving medical backing and the Brotherhood, after seeing their base, too scared to attack, both helped the Zodiacs. Although the Zodiac Empire attacked and ravaged the Brotherhood of Steel back west, in the East, a very close friendship was beginning to blossom. The Follower's base eventually became the first true hospital in the Capital Wasteland, helping the residents of the Capital Wasteland for decades.

Fallout New Vegas: You are approached by a man in Power Armour, much like the ones in those base camps that started popping up in the West. He gives you a letter to go to a Vertibird docking station in the North East corner of the Mojave Wasteland. There, you travel to the main HQ of the Mojave Chapter of the Zodiac Empire. The Consul of the area meets you and asks you to help him with negotiations in the Mojave Wasteland.

1. Meet with the head of the White Glove Society and ask them for free access into the casino for Zodiac soldiers and civilians to boost morale. You can either do the quest involving the White Glove Society and ask for it or threaten to blackmail them about their cannibalistic nature after speaking to a Zodiac spy. Either way, the outcome is the same.

2. Meet with Julie Farkas and give complete backing to the Followers in exchange for medical help during the Second Battle at Hoover Dam. You can either kill Julie which plummets your reputation with the Zodiac Empire to Vilified or help her with "High Times." After that's done, Julie will be relieved and using the extra resources now available, she pledges the Followers help. On a side note, you can help a Zodiac soldier who's fallen in love with Julie to help them be together for good karma and Zodiac and Follower reputation. If she's already dead, this quest won't start.

3. Talk to the Boomers to leave the Zodiac soldiers and civilians alone. If you completed Volare, they'll accept, otherwise, you either have to kill the leaders of the Boomers or complete Volare.

Depending on what the ending is, the fate of the Zodiac Mojave Chapter will be different. But in any case, the Zodiacs will send 4 fully clad power armour soldiers to the player to help them if the player helped the Zodiacs or attack him if he killed Julie

NCR: Much to the Zodiac Empire's worries, the NCR prevailed at the Battle at Hoover Dam despite their attempts not to. Using all the new resources they have, NCR turned their attention to taking back the parts of the Mojave that the Zodiac Empire controlled or had an influence on, including the Followers of the Apocalypse base. The Zodiac Empire was pushed out of the Mojave after Aiden ordered all troops to only be stationed in Freeside. The NCR couldn't take the Followers base and were pushed out of Freeside entirely.

Caesar's Legion(Caesar Alive): Caesar, feeling compassion to the Followers, allowed them safe passage. Due to the Zodiac's backing, the Followers refused. Shaken up by the Zodiac's complete annihilation of NCR forces during the Battle at Hoover Dam, Caesar allowed both the Zodiacs and Followers to stay. The Mojave Chapter of the Zodiac Empire flourished, despite Caesar's brutal rule of New Vegas.

Caesar's Legion(Caesar Dead): The Legate, stubborn to the end, tried to eliminate the Zodiac presence. But their advanced technology and near limitless supply of troops flowing in from Washington, stopped all charges and destroyed the Legion presence in Vegas. Due to this, the Followers and the Zodiacs stayed, defending the Freeside area from the Legate's control.

Mr. House: Although the Zodiacs preferred that the Courier take control, they managed to live with that. They set up many trading posts with Mr. House and a flourishing relationship came. Zodiac doctors, engineers, and soldiers flowed in to defend Vegas from the tribes while many Securitrons were sent to Washington to help the Zodiacs there. With them, peace was restored in the Mojave.

Yes Man: The ideal condition for the Zodiacs. In the anarchy, they annexed much of the retreating NCR's territory in the west and the north. When the dust settled, they formed a true alliance with New Vegas. Securitrons were sent, soldiers were received. The Followers of the Apocalypse helped as many as they could in the anarchy and with the Zodiac doctors, that seemed possible. The Dark Ages of the Mojave Desert lifted and an age of prosperity dawned.

@DarkZerker: I wonder what the empire thinks of the Shi? Chinese America FTW

1.New Texas
AKA "Lone Star Union"

2.Good

3.Anyone who wishes to join

4.Anyone who does not have a problem with them.

5.Raiders, Caesar's Legion, Brotherhood of Steel

6. Texas, Oklahoma

7.About on par with NCR, a few elite troops have power armor

8.The main group of survivors came from a vault in Austin, which had a focus on scientific pursuits and education. This allowed them to have an early advantage compared to your usual wastelanders Joining with local towns, they came to hold a largish republic in their current territory. Having relatively little impetus to expand, outside relations tend to stick to trading, aid, and very low-scale military assistance. When contact was made with Caesar's Legion, the troops were mobilized. As of 2281, they are holding off the legion horde fairly well. Scouts have made contact with NCR, and there is slight cooperation, though they are wary of NCR due to their expansionist policy.

9.After establishing a friendly relationship, the player may be called to sabotage/infiltrate the Legion, helping to spearhead an invasion.

1. The Nukee

But what wil happen when they meet a tribe of Sunset Sarsaparilla lovers?

1. The WASPs

2. Neutral

3. The survivors of New England's rich and powerful.

4. Anyone who will do work for them.

5. The Commonwealth. The Institute. Any outsider who tries to enter without their permission

6. A small isolated haven of reclaimed and de-radiated land, surrounded by a wooden and metal palisade.

7. Civilians like to wear the smartest of Pre-war apparel and the soldiers prefer to wear combat armour. Weapons include a mixture of just about everything from rifles to lasers. Menial tasks are undertaken by robots.

8. Just before the bombs fell on America during the Great War many of the rich and powerful politicians and businessmen as well as intellectuals whom were not privy to the Enclave fled to a large private Vault built by the eccentric and slightly paranoid Trillionare William 'Billiam' Bing. his original intention was to fill the Vault with his workforce so he could sell them off as slaves in a post nuclear war, however this idea quickly fell though when he realised that he could sell off places in the Vault in secret which would help balance the costs. The vault itself was built under Bing's stately home in rural Massachusetts and was finished in 2077. At the time of war Bing was holding an extravagant party at his home, officially it was a general 'do' but secretly it was a celebration of the finishing of the Vault and most of the guests had bought places and were secretly being given tours of their quarters (they had in an act of great fortune already sent their bags to the Bing household so they could have their rooms furnished) as the party reached a lull the butler rushed into the Dining Room and informed everyone that Chinese bombers were on their way. Immediately people panicked and surged downstairs into the vault, including the non-invited and the staff, Bing could not really do anything to stop them but merely rushed upstairs to gather all his possessions. However nobody had a need to panic, for the Chinese did not feel the need to waste a nuke on the house of a Yuppie, an air-burst would suffice, and that would come from a belated bomber about 3 and a half hours after the butler delivered his bombshell.

As a result of this delay several other prominent persons were able to arrive from the major cities and suburbs of New York (private planes and helicopters were a very good way of avoiding the rabble who crammed onto the highways) to the manor house and get into the Vault. Of course several died in transit and those who arrived after the house was destroyed had difficulty getting in but overall the vault was a success, with around 400 people inside (Bing did throw very big parties).

Time passed and 80 years after the war the descendants of the original dwellers opened the Vault and began to build a settlement around the house in earnest. Using the experimental Rad-away chemicals and a little help from the scientific minds who had lived in the Vault the land became de-toxified and farming began, manned by the robotic servants, barns were raised and cloned livestock who previously lived in the vault came up to the surface. Over the next 200 years the settlement prospered, despite the occasional molestation by raiders. The inhabitants decided to call themselves "The WASPs" in a self-depreciating manner (many of them were Jewish or Catholic after all) Truman Bing, the descendant of Billiam decided that the new society should take in only the smartest and hard-working-est of outsiders and that a new world order, absent from the unsophisticated poor and scroungers would be built from the settlement.

9. If you want to join, you better be damn smart, otherwise you are merely used a tool of the WASPs.

After the Anchorage Reclamation, the government ordered the Navy and Marines to be prepared for a invasion on China. The California Channel Islands were the training center and preparation center. The
date to launch was October 24 but on October 23, the missiles were launched. E2 Hawkeyes on flight run detected the missiles. Admiral Mike H Shida of The Us Navy and Marine General John M
Wenton mobilized AA Defenses to destroy the warheads. Nuclear Missiles from China were heading towards U.S.A. and only 56 were destroyed. One missile hittted fleet destroying half of the fleet. As the US Navy tried to contact military bases on
California, it was evident that they were destroyed. Though one stood out, Avalon. Avalon survived from the missile attack as Navy and Marines saw the Avalon tower standing. Admiral Mike H Shida was awed that it still standed. He soon knew we could rebuild civilization. The citizens of Avalon praised them as heroes. Eventually, they decided to create the Republic of Channel Islands under Senator Robert Henderson who lived on Avalon. Over the years, they built towns and military bases on the other Channel Islands having prosperity for years to come. While that though, President Henderson decided to prepare for taking over Hawaii and surrounding islands. But in 2241, the RCI finds the former American Goverment the Enclave. President Henderson, Admiral Mike H Shida, and General John M Wenton immediately in excitement pledged there support to the Enclave. Many personnel of the US Navy and Marines and citizens of Avalon were awed to find the American Government Standing. Though after handing control, they started to question the Enclave. RCI Researchers were stunned of what the Enclave was doing to innocent citizens of the California wastes testing them with the FEV, RCI Marines were shocked how the Envlave massarcred a peaceful tribal village. Admiral Shida questioned them. Some were godly obedient to the Enclave since being the American Goverment and even lashed out against anyone who questioned them. General Wenton a Pre-War American Loyalist even got into an argument with Admiral Shida. Here the Chosen One intervenes deciding the fate of Fallout 2

8. History: When the great war started, the US barely had time to relay to its soldiers in China to take cover. The 45th Mechanized Calvary corps got the signal and immeaditly went undercover in an abandoned Chinese base. The Base and their power armor saved them but the base was hit by a more advanced bomb and the resulting radiation killed off most of the non power armored personnel, turning the rest into ghouls. As the troops searched the base looking for supplies they found an chinese super weapon designed to teleport troops onto American soil. The device was heavily flawed and it took an century to get it working again. The troops were reluctant to head outside after a scout returning from the outside went feral from the large amount of radiation. After a long time the troops managed to get the device working and transported to another Chinese base hidden in Nevada. The troops used an old ham radio using an old Army signal to contact the Enclave, who tought the troops had come from the past. When the troops explained their physical condition, the Enclave spurned them and sent troops to recover the armor and destroy the troops. Fortunately the brotherhood of steel was in the area and shot down the vertibirds carrying Enclave soldiers. After that the relations between the BoS and the troops flourished. At the time a company of rouge enclave troops found the troops and decided to aid them and help them locate a location they could locate out of. The Result was the Union of Ghoulified soldiers in power armor, disillusioned Enclave members and the residents of Vault 71, which was used as an experiment for Overpopulation and violence.

WARNING: Once accepting this quest, all factions will hate you and you will be vilified for the quest. Kiling factions WILL affect your future relationships. DO NOT TAKE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE!

You seem to have discovered a disrupting force field. "leave it alone" or "Science 50, PER 6. Modify the force field to willingly let you in."

You enter the force field and find yourself sorrounded by chinese military defenders inside a rock cave. They ask you to strip everything off you, put it in a nearby locker, and follow them.

You enter the bunker of carved rock and emerge into a large cavern cleard out of everything and replaced with training grounds, barracks and all the neccesitys of an underground base. You eneter a small office built into the side of the cavern.

A chinese man in a robe greets you with open arms. "Sorry for the inconvienance, but safty is safty and we can't have prejudice people finding our home and murdering us you know?"

Reply: "Chinese?, but I thought you were wiped clear out like the other country's? How have you survived, and how did you get to the old U.S?" or "CHINESE COMMUNIST SCUM! DIE!"

Choice 2: You are hit heavy in the back of the head and your memory is wiped. You awake to find yourself in a random location, and the chinese base location has been removed from your map.

Choice 1:Chinese man "Yes yes, but before I discuss that, where are my manners, my name is Ying Me, first grade missionary of the chinese survivalists. I started this operation. Unfourtanantly, there is a problem. We came to this country in hopes that we may heal old wounds, but it seems that the U.S. has not forgotten us, and we have no allies. This is were you come in. We need you to go to some areas where our scouts have deemed as possible allies. This must be done on one term though. We must genetically engineer you to look, sound, and well, be chinese."

Reply: "I'll do it!" or "You haven't answered my first question!" or "TURN ME CHINESE! Are you INSANE! NO! NO WAY!"

Choice 3: You are hit heavy in the back of the head and your memory is wiped. You awake to find yourself in a random location, and the chinese base location has been removed from your map.

Choice 2: Ying Me: "All will be answered when you accept." Choice 1 and 2 are available.

Choice 1: Ying Me "Exellent! You will be glad to know that we will change you back to normal, if you like, we just needed to test your loyalty. Now I can answer your question about our past if you would like."

Reply: "Ok let's hear it, how did you get here?" or "Skip the boring parts, I wanna get into some action!"

Choice 1: Ying Me, "Ok, where to begin?..... Hmmm, I know! Like you, we came and were born in a vault, but this one was diffrent.... Located in a small hidden valley deep in the Himalayas, with little contact of the world was a hidden army base. While my great great grandfathers were planning a revolution, to stop us from being obliverated, the bombs struck. As everybody was going into an underground nuclear bunker, my great great grandfathers saw the perfect oppertunity to strike. As the chinese officers were giving the signal to strike, they took them out, and because of this is why we survived. As china launched its nukes, we stayed hidden, and you, the U.S., missed us, as we did not come up on the radar. Are you still listening?"

Reply "Yes, go on." or "Sorry I lost you back there, can we skip the speech."

Choice 2: Same as "Skip the boring parts, I wanna get into some action!"

Choice 1: "Good! Well, as the commander was killed and we escaped into the vault, a war broke out in the vault. The chinese loyalists, and the Chinese revaloutionists, being us. The chinese loyalists were far more impressive in numbers, but are training and spirit won the war and overcome a majorityof the chinese loyalists to join our side. Tensions remainded and fights broke out consistantly, until one of my ancestors freind, who was very wise in the skill of persuasion, divised a way of teaching the loyalists our reasons. Soon the fights stoped and tensions were healed, and the a miracle. Our outside was deemed habitable by the scientists monitering the outside, and our civilization began to expand. Children ran ramped around the small village, goats and a few animals were found wondering the countryside, untouched by radiation surprisingly, and farms, animals, and people were everywhere. We were constantly vigilant and remained our training throughout the years. You can hear the ending if you would like, though it's not very importent, just discribes how we got here, or we can skip to the training and begin the mission."

Reply: "I've heard enough and understand, let's go!" or "Continue, I'm intrigued..."

Choice 1: Same as "Skip the boring parts, I wanna get into some action!"

Choice 2: "Alright well, as our village began to expand, population became a problem. We didn't have enough land or supplies to keep our civilization properly supplied and that's when I decided to gather some of my best troops, look for some sutible land, and then it hit me! I decided to use some parts of our bunker to build a boat and sail to the U.S. to look for land, and heal old wounds. But building a boat was harder than expected, and for a few years we lost a few men. valuable men, to building the boat due to accidents and some land taking problems. Eventually we built it, and longer still it took to bring it to water, as not only are we far from the ocean, but so did the ocean dry out! We made it here, and some of us were killed, and finding only a few allies were here, waiting until some of the wounds heal themselves, until you came anlong my little freind! Your going to help heal old wounds, now let's get to it!"

Quest start: Healing old wounds, prt.1

Journal entry: I have come across some chinese missionaries, and have agreed to help them heal old wounds. They have turned me chinese and modified my speech, skin, and temperary bone structure. I await my debreif.

Screen goes black, and this activates what would be "Skip the boring parts, I wanna get into some action!" or ending of history speech.

You awake on a chair with some doctors and ying me standing over you.

Ying Me: "Now because this is a major sacrifice, I will allow you custimize what you will look like."

Optional choices appear.

After choosing or randomizing Ying Me will inject you with a needle and the screen will fade to black and the surgery will continue.

After you awake Ying Me will hand you a mirror and you will view yourself accordingly, during this process will be able to use the control sticks to view your face, neck, and hair.

Ying Me "
