in fallout3 they have radio towers and they can give you a voice or some thing and maybe in the NV its the same.but my point here is why is fallout3 NV so important and what does it have to do with this fallout3 story line and besides its new why is it so important?hope you answer and this is one of the smallest post i ever made...
