When you start the game gives me this error ...

I tried updating the video card, checking game cache, compatibility for windows 7 xp etc .. etc .. A drop down menu will appear. Select beta - 1.1.30 Beta Update ...

nothing does not work ...

I have the same graphics card as you and I get the same error. You should check if it's the error relating to nvwgf2umx.dll that a lot of us are getting.

No idea. If you bought it on steam you can get a refund within 2 weeks. I'll wait almost two weeks to see if they release a patch that fixes these issues, otherwise I'm just getting the refund.
