So I've got a really bad disease (Yellow tick) as well as a few attributes lowered. I went to pray at an altar as you would normally. I didn't even notice the first time that it said Repent your crimes or whatever because I didn't expect it. I knew it was possible with higher infamy than fame, and if that were the problem, I'd happily do a few side quests. Problem is, my fame is 20 and infamy is 9... So WTF. I need halp :ahhh:

Ermm... Never mind. Apparently none of the like sixty guards I've passed by wanted to bother telling me I had a fine of 40 gold for no reason I can think of. (May have hit a guard that was helping me kill some stuff or something) Then when I talked to the guard who was watching me walk by, he's like "Stop right there criminal scum! :gun: " So yeah, I dunno if I should somehow remove this thread? Or keep it up incase someone else has the same problem?

In order for the altars to work again, you need to do a trek around the way-shrines. By doing that you should be able to reduce your infamy.
