I heard a fan theory during a let's play that says that player characters are born of the Elder Scrolls, and that the multiple timelines you create with your multiple savegames are the "multiple timelines" talked about in the lore-books which describe the Elder Scrolls themselves.
Can I get a link to some of the evidence that is used to formulate this theory? The only evidence I can piece together without looking it up is pretty circumstantial; that evidence is: Even if you're playing the race that's indiginous to the province the game takes place in (such as playing as an Imperial in Oblivion), you still have no backstory or family to visit anywhere in the province, and nobody seems to recognize you at first.
But that alone is not very compelling evidence.
So, can somebody link me to a comprehensive list of evidence that supports this fan theory?
