Fans, would you want Dishonored 2 or a new similar game?

Developers hinted on their next gen project(besides Prey 2) where they said the next game may not be Dishonored 2 but a game with similar elements:open ended gameplay, choices, branching paths etc. So,what would all of you want?
I'd personally want a Dishonored 2 where there's magic and an assassin character(which is cool) or simply RPG elements that let the player define what kind of character they play as but not let the game to automatically decide it for them(games with freedom like Dishonored rock!).
I'd not want the magic elements replaced with scientific gears and instruments like gravity bending gloves or things like that. There could be a better game with bigger scope by setting the game around other fictional cities besides Dunwall.A more rich affluent corrupted-by-power city so that you can have more cold calculating targets to take out.
I just hope they make a Dishonored 2 with magic, swords, guns, steampunk infrastructure etc. all set in the same era as the original Dishonored. And I hope they don't add multiplayer because there are too many modern games adding multiplayer for no good reason-like Batman Arkham Origins. They should realize that there are still large audiences for singleplayer. That's why games like Bioshock Infinite,Metro Last Light,Batman Arkham City and God Of War 3 were so well received by both players/fans and critics.
Hope they make Dishonored 2-bigger,more massive, more open ended, more creative and more EPIC.This game deserves to become a franchise!
Your opinions please?

Definitely, but only if Arkane feel they can deliver a game as good as, or better, than the first game.

I personally feel there's huge potential for exploring more of Dishonored's setting and expanding the gameplay in general. I felt the dialogue and characterization is general didn't really do justice to the fantastic worldbuilding, so I'd like to see an improvement in respect. However, I don't feel a Dishonored sequel necessarily needs to be BIGAR AND MOAR EPIC than Dishonored, it simply needs to be better and more daring.

So, yes. I think Dishonored is an excellent game with the potential to be even better if Arkane can nail a great sequel.

I want Dishonored's world...

  • Transformed into an open-world setting.
  • Set in a different part of the Empire. Morley, maybe?
  • New gadgets and powers, but you can only carry a certain number of the former.
  • Lots of cool side quests and missions.
  • A chaos system that makes a little more sense. Why does killing zombies or assassins affect things the same way killing soldiers does?
  • Maybe a few missions that allow you to kick butt and take names, and get away with it.
