Farms

Since farming as a job will be included so why not having your own farm, it will certainly add realism to the game. By setting up buyers you can sell your food to vendors for profit or use it for alchemy.

I hope we can use those jobs and make some serious money of the local people. Kill one economy and take advantage of those who come!

It's more fun to kill the entire family then you are the farmer. However, I like the idea of working as a farm hand. More side quests with the farm too.

Farming your own alchemy ingredients would be awesome.

Yep, this is a great idea. As I've said before I think being able to buy/acquire/build farms and plantation would be a great addition to the game.

It would be cool to be able to grow illegal plants and have to deal with the consequences (higher prices, but difficult to sell; potential raids from guards; rival gangs send raids).

I remember that Dren Plantation was one of my favorite places in Morrowind.

I definitely like the idea of a moonsugar farm mini-quest line. Having to fend off rival gangs and pay off civil servants would be interesting.

My shamaness would like to grow her own herbs.

Edit: To add, either be able buy with money, or earn land through completion of tasks.

I enjoyed the strongholds in Morrowind.

know what would be really deep.
If one can aquire land by helping the mayor, or perhaps brownosing, bribery, or threatening him.
Then one either has to build the house on one's own, or buy a contractor to build a home, and other commodities like what the protagonist does in the Harvest Moon series.

It probably wont go that in depth though, its more likely he will give you an abandoned farm and you need to donate some elbow grease to fix er' up.
