Farwil Indarys

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 9:15 am

Many of you are probably familiar with Farwil Indarys, huzzah! Well, I just finished The Wayward Knight quest and after he "thanked" me, I though let's try something. So I brought his disposition down to 0 and sure enough he attacks me, only to have the count's own guards put him out of comission. To top it off, I was still rewarded with the Thorn Blade. :D

I can't think of a better possible ending to that quest-- well done!

I actually had a thread open about how I could him alive not long ago. He's probably the only character in Oblivion I truly Wanted to kill, I couldn't have thought of a better ending. Well done! :foodndrink:

Brilliant! :D I usually kill Farwil after I talk to he Count. I really don't like him. In fact, my dislike of Farwil is so strong it inspired me to write this:

I do not like Farwil, I say. He must not survive this day!
I could kill him with a sword. I could kill him in a fjord.
I could kill him with a mace. Or a shockbolt to the face.
I could kill him in his room. In there he'd meet his doom.
I could kill him in his bed. I could cut off his useless head.
I could kill him on the floor. I could cave his head in with a door.
I could kill him here or there. I could kill him anywhere!
I do not like Farwil, I've said. I want this sorry Dunmer dead!

If Farwil died before you rescued him out of the Obivion gate, then you'll need to reload an older save. Farwil died in my game AFTER I rescued him out of the Oblivion gate.

 Yeah, I read that from one of your posts in the thread of who people's favorite, least favorite, and most annoying NPCs are. Nice Green Eggs and Ham style rhymes there. :)

Hey there

Rather than resurrecting a very old thread with a new problem, it's better to start a new thread of your own. :)
