After beating Dead Money and exiting the Brotherhood of steel Bunker. I could not fast travel even though i have the over weight travel perk. It just says you cannot fast travel from here, so when to the closet place, still could not had to walk to Novac . Even after dumping stuff to get under the weight limit still cannot fast travel.
Is this a glich?.

head to either camp forlon hope or camp nelson depending on your rep with the ncr and the legion.

Walked through camp forlon hope no good and walked by Nelson to get to road to No vac still could not . Just got " cannot fast travel from this location".
