What if you could have finishing moves, like if u have an opponent on his last limbs, and a voice yells FINISH HIM, and u put in a sequence of buttons and u rip their head off, or spine out, or take your face off and blow fire out of your mouth. How does anyone feel about this idea????

oh yes sure. and letrs do bicycle kicks and turn into giants and stomp them. this is an amazing idea... mater of fact... screw the whole rpg thing... make it into elder combat a fighting game with races and wut not.

lol, a i wasnt serious, i was jus trying to give people a laugh, and i was also being sarcastic on how people ask for things they find in other games, like fable, fallout etc. please dont take my post serious, and hopefully u got a laugh. peace and yeh i cant wait until this new issue of game informer comes out.

I only use finishing moves on trolls.

The only finishing moves I want to see would be simular to Dragon age, such as when an opponent is on the last sliver of health, theres a change my character might plunge his sword into his gut all the way to the hilt, or simply behead him.

you know i think a few styles of sword plunge would be doable, and cool but, cutting off limbs just wouldnt work with the mechanics of the NPC's

i think finishing moves could be incorporated, but i think it should be original and natural. im fine with them being in the game or not being in the game. i would prefer the elderscrolls series to stay original without finishing moves. one game that has good finishing moves is assassin's creed brotherhood imo. but still i jus dont see that style in skyrim

Edit* I should say that while that was sarcasm I did make my own personal mod for Oblivion so anytime I died I would hear the Mortal Kombat announcer say "Fatality!"

I realise it's a joke topic but i do think the idea of an enemy entering a state where his health is depleted and he's no longer a combatant but at the same time is not dead, would be a good addition to the game. Sort of like the Gothic games where you can beat an enemy down but not kill him.

2. On subject, I think that there should be some sort of special moves for assassinations. Think Halo: Reach. I thought that assassinations were great in that game, and IF they HAVE TO do something of the "special move" caliber, I would suggest a special move for assassinations. Maybe your sneak and the skill with the weapon you're using has to be a certain level, or you have to be a certain rank in the Dark Brotherhood (or whatever the guild of assassins will be in TES: V, it can be the Morag Tong for all we know).

Overall, I would say no, unless properly implemented.
