I am in Windhelm. The favor quests such as getting Freyda's sword for the black smith, an amulet of Mara for the guy from clan Shattershield, and when I speak to the steward I don't have the option to ask him about work. I've just finished the blood on ice quest and I've just met the Greybeards in the main quest. Has this happened to anyone else. Am I not far enough to get these quests. Will clearing my cache fix this. (I noticed this just before I was done playing last night. I'm going to try this) or is there something else I can do to fix this. I'm on 360. Thanks for any help.

For some of the quests in the game, you can only have one active quest like it at the time. Check through your quest log and try and complete any miscellaneous favour quests you might have.
