Favorite Armor type

I really think PA should make enemies flee significantly easier, freeside thugs should be running before they've even encountered me.

Smitty Special, Remnants Armour and Prototype FEV "Curling" Grenades ( instakill on all mutated matter ;) )

Unless you had the vaccine for the Curling Virus then you would also be killed. The Virus was designed to kill anything with human glyco-proteins, so it would not kill mutant animals or bugs.

Besides, viruses don't work like that. It's a common misconception that a virus is a some sort of chemical that liberally expands through thin air. This is not the case. Viruses are small organisms, just like any other creature. The difference is that they can only reproduce in a host cell which they do by hijacking it, thus they can be dangerous.
A teaspoon of seawater likely houses millions upon millions of viruses, most of which safe to humans of course.

FEV Curling-13 is a plausible virus, maybe a bit too potent. Also, there is just no way you can spread an organism like a virus across the globe in two weeks - it's just not possible. The original FEV-2 on the other hand is utter hogwash.

This. Except replace "Remnant Power Armor" with "Hellfire Power Armro".

Fair enough.

I approve. :hubbahubba:

I prefer medium armor, but also have a liking of the Assassin Suit. Aesthetics wise, it's a tossup between three similar armors; Vet Ranger Armor, Desert Ranger armor, and Elite Riot Gear. I have trouble wearing Veteran Ranger Armor, as my characters, no matter how badass they may be, have ever earned that armor. Desert Ranger and Riot Gear have better stats, but Vet Ranger has a special place in F:NV.

I wish there was an NCR only, idolized rep required quest line to undergo Ranger Training. Some brutally difficult slog through pure hell on earth to really test a player with the reward being that armor and ingame recognition as being one of the most feared human beings in existence.

Medium. Good balance of protection, speed, and weight. Also Elite Riot Gear is amazing. Same damage resistance as T-45D, plus it has night vision, increases some statistics, and makes you look like a badass? Sign me up! And lord Coake, that would be awesome.
