The hardest? The ebony warrior, malkoran, and Karstaag.
Favorite? Arch-Curate Vyrthur, so cinematic.
Definitely Karstaag the hardest. Favorite? Miraak. He was just awesome. Great story, overall I really loved Dragonborn.
I would say Vyrthur in that he was built up pretty well had his own thing going and was fairly unique boss fight in all the TES games and hope future Bethesda Bosses have as a good built up and fights.
Harkon was good to but after such a good fight earlier just didn't feel right for the end boss of the plotline
Oh, right, I couldn't remember who Vyrthur was for a moment. Vyrthur was awesome. If only you could be a Snow Elf. Imagine how awesome that would be. Just imagine it.
Vyrthur hands down.
How many bosses throw a friggin' building at you?
Paarthurnax, killing him really felt right for the land
Are you asking to be stoned to death? Cause a lot people will disagree with you.
Anyways, to me it's a toss up between Karstaag, Mirrak, and Vyrthur. Surprisingly, I haven't fought the Ebony Warrior yet so i can't comment on him.
? this LOL
Paarthy is just too awesome to be killed. I only helped the blades once (because of their story in past TES games, I always liked them), in Skyrim they aren't as appealing as they once were imo.
I would say Karstaag is the hardest, for sure. But my favourite kill would have to be Commander Maro. I know he is not a boss, nor is he hard, but killing him is THE most satisfying thing I did in Skyrim... Kinda like killing Philida in Oblivion xD
I haven't encountered all bosses. I'm sure there are still quite a few I have yet to even discover, but for me, the most memorable I've come across is Kvenel the Tongue. I've only ever fought him in my current playthrough and when I first did, that guy was one tough SOB. I had serious trouble with that one.
There's also the Reaper in the Soul Cairn. I barely even discovered he exists the other day. Had no idea that little mini-sidequest existed within the Soul Cairn. That battle was way too easy, but it was the environment and the design of the boss that stuck with me. He looked pretty cool and unique.
These are mine:
1. Malkoran - dies several time, every time.
2. Potema
3. Miraak
4. Karstaag - memorable
Still trying to get to high enough level for Ebony Warrior and legendary dragon.
None of my characters have ever killed Paarthurnax. The only reason I can imagine that it would be memorable, is it would make me very sad.
I despise Delphine so I didn't do it to help the blades, I did it to help the land....dragons are not to be trusted and once Alduin is dethroned it leaves the throne open for patient old Paarth to make his move.
ha na more like one who's clever enough to see past his chess game...why play the game when you can simply remove the king from the board?
miraak an interesting story about him and some interesting voice acting...and hes a dragon soul stealing fetcher had one word left to go for my tornado shout but nooo... by the way did I mention hes a fetcher?.
Yes, Paarthunax is an excellent chessmaster. I mean, sitting up on a mountain and teaching an isolationist religious sect instead of quietly paving the way for his inevitable rule? Real chessmaster-y.
I haven't had any "epic" feeling when fighting any bosses....
I agree. I think it's because I play games like that and Bayonetta and demon's souls that boss fights in skyrim can't compare.
Still love the game though
Probably Vyrthur; loved the build-up to it.
Never faced the Ebony Warrior, yet. Really looking forward to it.
Harkon wasn't too bad, especially when I learned I didn't need Auriel's Bow. Destroying him felt really satisfying.
Alduin deserves a nod. The only time I fought him, I had to really spam Shock spells. Looking forward to a rematch.
EDIT: Astrid. That also was a really satisfying victory, for RP reasons. Maybe my second favorite overall, really.
Fixed it for you
