For the people that use companions which one is your favorite and why do you like them so much?

I'm just wondering so that I can decide on which ones to look for and use.

Dogmeat reason he does not use ammo & doesn't complain lol

I still like Dogmeat the best. I get tired of the rest of them and their constant remarks.

I like Nick Valentine. I dig the old film noir attitude. Reminds me of the detective radio shows I listen to on itunes.

And with his perks, Dogmeat is a beast. He just tanked a deathclaw long enough for me to to hit it with a rocket and tumble it into a quarry. Good boy!

Cait is my favourite. I have fully maxed out her approval now and she has a very sad and powerful backstory. I actually felt abit overwhelmed talking to her about it. Great writing and even better voice acting. After Cait i would say Nick Valentine, just because of his style and voice acting. They really did surprise me with the companions in this game, they are very well done. I do plan a Lone Wanderer playthrough with Dogmeat though, to get that Fallout 3 feeling back.

I like cait becase shes bad ass. BUT SHE IS GLTICHED FOR ME AND HAS THE COMPANION DEATH BUGGGGG!!!!!!

Nick valentine has been pretty bro for me, even through my toughest fights.

Plus hes a synth so thats cool :b

I've only picked up Dogmeat, Piper, Nick, and Danse.

I love all of them but Danse.

Have to agree on Nick....interesting character. They really upped their game on the companions this time around.

I do use dogmeat and Nick quite often. Not so much dogmeat anymore though because he blocks me too much, he always seems to find something then just stands in the door way so I'll have to step back and command him somewhere else and it just got annoying. Can someone tell me how you go about unlocking Cait?

I do need her because my lock picking skill isn't high enough and from what I hear she can pick advanced locks.

I only travel with her because she's [censored] adorable.

i really like deacon, would love to try out nick some more but he keeps disappearing for me

only one i don't like so far is piper, she hates everything i do haha

I have to ask this. Can my character be a good guy and still get on Cait good side?

Well, it is hard. I am playing a mix really, i try to do what is right, but at the same time i want caps for it. And she loves that. If you lockpick alot of stuff, and haggle for some cash for missions she is easy going. I guess you can try and see.

Quite abit on my female Sole Survivor, who is rebuilding the Minutemen. He is very much the White Knight in Shining armour. I do like him though, needed a grounded character like him in this world. He is a deadly shot though.

Piper. She is the least annoying of the female companions. If only she didn't see me stealing something from 15 miles away through 50 brick walls. Might switch to Curie though once I find her, heard good things.

Preston has a really great voice actor.

No. He already got me running around rebuilding the minute man.

I got nothing against the guy, but I haven't test driven him. I just feel me and him both have a lot to do on our own plates.

i've only found codesworth, preston and piper, and i go with piper, she's funny, nice, sh wants to find truth and says funny things
