Favorite dungeon?

What is your favorite dungeon in the TES series?

What gave you the best spooks or was just fun to explore?

My fav wasa big dungeon that had nothing to do with any quests. It was east of Chorrol. I cant remember what it was called though. It started off as just an ordinary cave, you went into the cave enterance and then it opened up to this huge cavern with a large tower inside the cave, and a graveyard full of the dead outside its front gate. The inside was pretty much your average looking tower, with an East wing, a North Wing and a West Wing, which all joined up to the main cavern area. then at the basemant it opened up again into another cavern which was completely flooded with water and there was alot of undead there and was great to explore.

So what was your favorite dungeon?

I loved the dungeons with the unexpected elements, such as Black Rock Caverns (how they got that ship that size into a cave far from the coast, I don't know) and Kingscrest Caverns. And let's not forget Tukushapal, a large maze cave underneath a tomb that leads to an even older tomb. And just about any Ayleid or Dwemer ruins, they were amazing.

Edit: I can't pick an absolute favorite...

Favorite in terms of gameplay? daggerfall's starter dungeon. Because they said "screw the norms of game design, in reality enemies don't only appear when you're strong enough to kill them" and put an immune to normal weapons imp in it. Aesthetically, I love either Karstaag's castle from Bloodmoon (but hate Krish, Krish bad), Sinkhole cave from Oblivion, or just random Dwemer and Daedric ruins in Morrowind, the ones with unexpected... surprises.

This one; I love it. The first time I explored it and came upon the

I was amazed.

Pick a Dwemer Ruin, any one at all, that's my favorite. Or any Daedric Ruin, they also work.

Can't remember the name of it, but the Ancestral Tomb containing a maze and a ship.

Also any of the Sixth House caves, they just creep me out.
