Knights of the Nine is not an expansion. So that leaves Tribunal, Bloodmoon and Shivering Isles. Out of those three I picked Bloodmoon because I love Nordic themes and snowy landscapes.

I disliked Tribunal because I dislike "interior-cells-acting-as-exterior-cells." Mournhold felt like a beautiful prison to me. Consequently, I never spent more than fifteen minutes there.

I'm embarrassed to say this but so far none of my characters have set foot in Shivering Isles. In this case it's not because it's a different world space (as a Plane of Oblivion that makes sense) but because, as a roleplayer, I dislike receiving notes out of the blue telling me about something in the game. I want to discover things naturally, as I might in real life. Now as it happens, few of my characters venture down that far, so they do not naturally encounter the portal or have a plausible reason to hear rumors about it. I keep meaning to create a character who has a purpose to go down there but so far I haven't managed it.

So, for me, Bloodmoon wins by default. ;)

BloodMoon was tons of fun and Tribunal was enjoyable and challenging, plus it was my first experience with a companion since they had a mercenary for hire. Shivering Isles I only played through once, for some reason it bored me.

I picked Bloodmoon because it allowed my charactesr to become a hero or a villian and added weapons and armor that filled some gaps in Morrowind. Shivering Isles is good, but some of the quests are not geared toward playing a "good" character.

Tribunal. I loved the Mournhold dungeon and the continuation of the Almsivi storyline with Almalexia and Sotha Sil. If it weren't for that I'd probably go with Bloodmoon which is almost good enough to be its own game (hey, it almost kind of will be).

Shivering Isles was good, but only by comparison to vanilla Oblivion. It went a long way toward redeeming my faith in Bethesda's ability to deliver an interesting world. And is it just me, or did Radient AI seem to be a lot more realistic in simulating an island chock full of crazy people? :celebrate:

I like Tribunal the best of the two expansion packs of Morrowind as I've only played Morrowind expansion packs. I like it the most because it some of the most interesting characters in all of Morrowind for me. It was a good icing on the cake in terms of seeing the character Vivec the first time in Morrowind on the island of Vvardenfell.

I love Tribunal. It adds a shiny, metropolitan aspect to Morrowind while still retaining the politically-tense and melancholy atmosphere of the province.

I've played all of them and I was a little bored with the Tribunal, but I really like Bloodmoon especially the berserkers in hand-to-hand fightning.

I'll go with this one story-wise since it's most important aspect to me. Voted tribunal because it was most "personal'' from viewpoint of player character, also it continued in some way cool vanilla MQ storyline.

This question was really hard, but I think I have to go with Tribunal. Knights of the Nine was eliminated first because it's technically not an expansion and even if it was, it doesn't hold up to the other three.

The Shivering Isles was great, but I didn't like the idea of a mortal inheriting the Throne of Madness, it was just odd and afterward the player doesn't really inherit any abilities that gives them any real feeling of control over a Daedric realm. Also, the dungeons toward the end got a bit tedious as it just felt like dungeon-dungeon-dungeon over and over with little story progress between them. It was as though the story got to the climix, but then stopped just before it and sat there for a while.

Bloodmoon, I'm ashamed to say, didn't seem too interesting when I first played it years back. I didn't even finish it at the time because...I don't know, I mistakenly believed I had something better to do. I did eventually play through it and was thrilled to find out Hircine's involvement in the plot, seeing as the Gods and their involvement is one of the most fascinating and enticing parts of the Elder Scrolls series for me. However, I hate the werewolf enemies. They were endlessly frustrating and when I had to fight 2 or 3 at once, forget about it, tgm.

Tribunal is the one I voted for. The Tribunal and the Battle of Red Mountain are some of the most interesting pieces of lore in the Elder Scrolls series for me. It was great to finally meet Almalexia and to see Sotha Sil and his Clockwork City.

Shivering Isles was awesome, I never played played Morrowind or any of its expansions.
The only deception about Shiv. Isles was the end. Being The Madgod in Oblivion didn't feel like you had any power in The Shivering Isles.

Tie between Bloodmoon and the Isles, loved them both
Like how tribunal continued the main quest, but didn't like how we were restricted to Mournhold
KOTN was more like a DLC quest than a full expansion, though I did enjoy it.

For me Bloodmoon will always be on the top of the list. I've always loved the atmosphere in Solstheim.

Bloodmoon was awesome, I loved the lore side of Tribunal and the story behind it all and how well it tied into the MQ of Morrowind. Shivering Isles was loads of fun, hilarious and beautiful with good quests and fresh, new ideas - like someone said earlier, it restored my faith in Bethesda still being able to produce interesting and unique worldspaces for us to explore.

Honestly, I don't think I can choose between them. Maybe Bloodmoon, because you had the option of being the evil person in the MQ for once. I thought that was cool.

I really liked the Tribunal expansion. It fit in seamlessly with Morrowind's MQ but also had plenty of side quests, politics, etc just like Vvardenfell.

Easily Shivering Isles; it introduced TES from a whole new perspective; from a Plane of Oblivion. Sure you ventured into Oblivion in TES IV vanilla, but it was only to shut down the gates and loot the Daedra.

I loved Shivering Isles the most -- the only disappointing part was that you became the Madgod... That gave me the exact same gratification as becoming Arch Mage or Master of the Fighters guild.

Lore-wise I like Tribunal the best, but Bloodmoon is in my opinion better in terms of actual gameplay.

I have the most fond memories of Bloodmoon; exploring Solstheim with my level 23 Nord, finding that tomb with an ebony longsword and like 10k gold inside it, becoming a werewolf (or not) and saving/ruining the day . . . fun times.
