Favorite fallout character

Post » Sat Dec 26, 2009 8:55 pm

OOOO This is a tough one so many favorite characters

Unfortunately I only played Fallout 3 so my choices are slim

Definitely Liberty Prime is on the top list, the first time I seen him in action I was blown away made me dam proud to be an American

"Freedom is the sovereign right of every American."

My first choice would have to Elder Lyons. A man with all good qualities compassion, discipline, honor, duty, and righteousness

Second would be Sarah Lyons. Second to her father in all the same ways but admittedly I think shes hot

A women with a gun oooo weeee

My third would be all the members of lyons' pride

And lastly all the members of the Brotherhood of Steel

WE ARE STEEL!!!!

Lmfao! but Liberty Prime was fighting the American government the Enclave

President Eden. He's all about rebuilding america. And I understand how the FEV works now.

Place yourself in a real world situation, do you really want you/your family to be murdered by raider's and supermutants? I think not. the FEV take's care of all your problems.

So, pretty much every and all enclave troops.

I have to say fawkes was my most favorite character/follower because nit only could he carry a bunch of my crap but he was good to have in a fire fight. Unfortunatly though he didnt realy have much to say and that was just one bad thing but all in all he was pretty much like a tank. I hated sharon the most though sure he was pretty beast with his shotgun but he was super weak even in the T-51b power armour, i would be walking around the waste then he would randomly die.

i have to say the chosen one.. mostly because on my save games.. the chosen one is far beyond destroying the wasteland... i mean seriously.. i think the only place left with people in that are alive is NCR.. and even then most of them are dead..

The "Hanged Man" was a great conceptual character, but unfortunately he has never appeared in any released Fallout titles(he was to appear in VB).

I have only played Fallout 3 so sorry if I miss any awesome/important/BA characters from the games before.

Follower: Fawkes. I like Fawkes because he never seems to die when I'm playing. However I do get annoyed every now and then with his strange battle cry.
Vault member: I did get a good laugh with Gary, so probably him. The reason I don't like Dad is because he just bolted.
Random Character: A tie between The Mechanist/Liberty Prime/Harold. I just got good laughs from them.

Marcus, he needs to come back in NV. Michael Dorn welcomes new paychecks.

The one's who aren't always shooting me in the beck, so no Ian. :)

I liked Killian a lot, not in small part because he was voiced by MacGuyver.

Myron, baby, Myron!

He has some of the best dialogue, and one of the best player selections ever.

>"I'd like to talk about your gear."
"Yeah, whattaya want?"
>"Put that weapon away before you hurt yourself."
"Oh, this weapon? It, uh, seems to pop out on it's own."
>"Yeah, I've heard it goes off prematurely, too."

Harold, definetly. He's just a hilarious addition to every game. It's sad that he probably won't be in New Vegas.

"How did you survive?"
"Didn't, got killed. HA! I love that joke."

My other choice is definitely Paulson. It would be awesome if I could meet him in the Wasteland after MZ.

Was Harold in the other two games? anyway I really liked Uncle Leo because he helped me kill some raiders and is the only random encounter intelligent super-mutant

Most of my favorites are antagonists, but that's because they tend to be the most entertaining characters. >.>

Well, with the exception of Harold, because...
...Well, c'mon, he's HAROLD. c:

So! In no particular order:

-Colonel Autumn (I admire strong leadership characteristics, particularly coming from someone who's not afraid to blow the whistle on 'Utopia justifies the means'. Autumn doesn't deserve half the flak he gets.)

-President Eden (He's Malcolm McDowell. I have a hard time not loving me some Malcolm McDowell, although he's still not as cool as...)

-President Richardson (I freely admit that half the reason he's on my list is just because I love to hear him talk. That voice. So soothing. I could listen to it all day. :3)

-Lieutenant (or 'Lou Tenant', if you prefer. TONY. FREAKING. JAY. : D )

-Drill Sergeant Dornan (honestly Sarge scares the bejezus out of me but oh I do love him so.)

-Marcus (only character to actually make me shoot juice out of my nose. XD)

The Master was my favorite memory of any video game.
The Lieutenant gets a close second.

Dogmeat gets an honorable mention. So cute!

Yep, he was in the other two games. He's a pretty "iconic" character for those games so to speak. He had a different voiceactor for them though.

My favorite character is the Master from Fallout 1. Such a freaky character concept and it's pulled off beautifully. Very memorable when you meet him the first time.

Dogmeat. he definatly taught me an important lesson. If a Yaou Guai Is chasing a raider, dontbite it on the a**.
He survived, but he didnt learn. Shouldnt of pulled that teddy bear, if you know what i mean.
RAWR :ahhh:
