Favorite Guild to join

Choose based on people in the guild, quests, fun factor, etc.

Mine is the Dark Brotherhood. The way to join is cool, the missions are awesome and the end is SWEET!

Companions! Just because that's the only faction I've completed. Lol.

Meh, as someone who plays Warriors almost exclusively I can't really pick any.
Most of my characters and myself are very interested in mercenary work, but being forced into taking part into a certain ritual kind of ruins the Companions for me.

Yes, I know you can cure it, but I just want to be a simple mercenary... :(

So for I've only done mages and companions, mages was pretty good but companions was kind of bland.
Both were really short though, I really miss the feeling of belonging (well, relatively ;) ) you got from the guilds in oblivion :(

Dark brotherhood, and I haven't even completed it yet. The random assassination missions are challenging, as is the main quest, and the other guild members are some of the most interesting characters in the game. Not only that, their dialog updates with every stage of the main guild quest, so you can continue having new conversations with them for a lot longer.

I greatly enjoyed the Thieves' Guild and the stealth sequences in it.

Plus, you get Batman-esqe armor from it. Not to mention it's really neat to try and complete all the missions without killing any humans/elves/beast-men.

I guess I'll have to vote Companions, for obvious reasons... *sigh* :sadvaultboy:

Why-o-why did you force a guild requirement for my puppies, Bethesda?

Aprt from that, I'd have voted thieves guild. Those quests were marvellous. Dark Brotherhood is overrated. They went for the "Emo Puppy Killer" theme again. Granted, to a lesser extent, but still.. I miss the days of hired killers with no overdramatic dark lords and what-not.

I've completed all but the college of winterhold, but so far, I had THE MOST FUN playing through the thieves guild.

Companions was quite bland.
