For the record, this is my first post. I've been lurking for a while now but I decided to finally step out of the shadows, so to speak .

So, my first and favorite character was a thief. Mine's the blurry black blob in my avatar. I enjoyed the Thieves Guild quest line but I found most of the members to be quite crude. I always liked Rune, however. He seemed to be a surprisingly nice guy considering his occupation. He was the kind of person who wouldn't shoot you in the back of the head with an arrow over a dropped septim.

So, I wondered if everyone thought the same thing as me and wanted to determine once and for all which of Riften's finest was the most popular. So, who's your favorite member of the Thieves Guild? Any particular reason? Who's your least favorite?

By the way, I decided not to include Dirge or Vekel, considering they're not technically members. I also didn't want the poll to get more massive than it already is

Delvin for me is my favorite. He reminds me of Jason Statham (sp?)

I forgot to mention who my least favorite is.... Garthar. By a long shot. He keeps asking me if I'm doing jobs for Vex when I'm the freaking guild leader. Technically the only reason he exists in the game is because I did enough jobs for Vex

Karliah definatly though I wish I could've given a second vote to Brynjolf.

Karliah is my favorite, I actually find her to be a genuinely interesting character and I like her voice.

Ravyn Imyan on the other hand can go crawl in a hole and die. His constant arrogant attitude and his inability to recognize when he is talking to the listener of the Dark Brotherhood annoys me to no end.

I love that accent. She also helped me get that badass Nightgale outfit so that's only a bonus. By far the most intresting Dunmer in Skyrim imo.

Honerable Mention to Irileth and Aranea on that topic.

Delvin Mallory for me. there is a lot like Brynjolf,Mercer but Delvin is better.

least favorite is Ravyn then Tonilia.

Karliah is awesome BTW.

I didn't really like any of them that much. I guess I could say Delvin or Vex?

All I know is that Karliah is the worst character in the existence of TES V.

Even Vex says "The guild master graces me with a visit, what can I do for you today?" once you become the leader, but Vekel never acknowledges you.

That was a little failure on Beth's part.

If you ask me, Karliah just used the Dragonborn and Brynjolf as bargain to restore her relationship with Nocturnal.

Vex is bugged as well and doesn't say that. well at least on PC. the unofficial patch fixes it though.

Yeah I don't get the Karliah hate. Her accent (somewhere between Australien and English) is d@mn awsome and she's no slouch in the badass department either. Also for a Dunmer she's not half bad looking (She even has purple eyes, which as far as I can tell is extremly rare)
