This thread if its not taken down, is about in any fallout game pick your favorite NPC or regular enemy. And please give the ame its from, some people ae. Me who havent played them all.( why cant i find tactics)

I'd have to say Ulysses from Lonesome Road. He seems to be one of the very few people I have met in the wastelands that sees the bigger picture. Unlike most of the other people I can think of, he actually stepped back, looked at the nation he served and the one he fought against and understood why they would both inevitably fail.

I love the Hanged Man for his design.
While a companion he was more of a "Well I don't give a [censored] about what "you" think" character.
He could disappear and come back later cause he had something more important to do.
And he was so strong that he could take you out.

He wasn't your companion, you were his.
Then they changed him into "the burned man" and [censored] him up completely, making him into a downgraded cliché. /opinion.
But I still love his original design, despite that it never got to be released in a game.


I also love Caesar for all that he's done, for how he civilized 2 states and two ½ of states.

And how can I possibly not mention Ian, gotta love his SMG craze with criticals flying all around.

Legate Lanius of New Vegas I think. Because he has a cool voice and because I think the final conversation with him was compelling, I didn't want to skip through it to get to the action.

I dunno why... by my favorite (not the best NPC, just favorite) is a toss-up between http://www.falloutwiki.com/Butch_Harris and http://www.falloutwiki.com/Cabbot. Both seemed very believable to me.

Although he may not be a NPC as such it has to be Sulik, a master stroke of genius this character is one of the best I've ever seen in a game. But full NPC status I'd choose mmmmm not sure, quite a few to choose from, have to think. Ok thought about it, President Eden, all the way loved that character.

Haven't played enough of them to decide but I going to say every character in Dead money.

My favorite would have to be ED-E on effectiveness in and out of battle. But over all my favorite is Raul. He is probably the best suited for all enviroments and is fun to talk too(ive been doing thus longer than you boss)

I like Harold from fo3. He's not my favorite, but he is amazing with te back story and all, plus I heard he is in other fallout games.

Virgin Street, even though I can't pay them to do stuff to me I just like the way they walk.

Don't have a favorite, but my most liked right now is Cassidy. Mainly for her, "Shhh. . . we're hunting [censored]heads," line. Makes me laugh every time.

Those kind of line get me two. Personaly raul's the best"get him boss i mean of it fits in your schedule
