Favorite Outfits

Just because you're living in an apolcalyptic wasteland doesn't mean you have to give up fashion! ;)

Anyways what are your favorite clothes in the game? And I mean clothes, not just power armor with the highest stats. Which outfits do you think look the coolest and why? Here is my list:

Tenpenny's Suit: It's the best looking unique pre-war clothing in my opinion. It has some cool long boots and a red silk jacket, and I like the jewel on the fluffy tie. Ita also has charisma and small guns stats, perfect for a smooth-talking shooter type character who likes to look clean.

Naughty Nightwear: Running around barefoot in silk pajamas is just really fun, and it looks great with the lucky shades. Also perfect to wear around your house with the Love Machine theme.

Grimy Business-Wear: I just like dark suits with a fadora, makes me feel like some sort of secret agent.

Merc Charmer: I think this outfit looks better on females then males. Very sixy and tough looking, and I like the fishnets.

Raider Sadist Armor: Also looks better on females then males. It comes with a leather corset with long boots and gloves. It's very sixy, but the severed hands tied to the belt are a little disturbing. Perfect for sixcy evil characters though.

Wasteland Surgeon: Looks like the Merc Grunt outfit but with blood stains and a medic's bag. The blood stains give it a more grimy wasteland survivor feel.

Lucky Sunglasses: The best unique sunglasses because they actually give you an extra stat, and easy to find. Sunglasses look great with everything.

Colonel Autumn's Uniform. End of discussion. :D

I like to wear the Lucky Shades, and sometimes put on an Enclave Officer cap, but seeing as my character isn't with the Enclave, it feels a little silly.

You're not with the Enclave anymore? Isn't that one of the warning signs of the apocalypse? :ahhh:

Didn't we have a topic like this a while back?

Edit: Oh and, Chriso is with the Enclave. As am I. Our characters however, aren't. Atleast that's what I think, he hasn't updated me with any alliance changes, so that's what I believe. :P

Yeah, I just checked. It was one called Favorite Pre-War Outfit, also incidentally created by you. :P

But I guess this one is different because it encompasses all outfits ever, not just the Pre-War ones.

I like the Leather Armor, because it's like Mad Max. I like the Regulators Duster, because it just looks bad-ass, and ofcourse Col. Autumns Overcoat. :D

But I like Tenpenny's Outfit and Eulogy Jones' Outfit too.

Oh, believe me; my allegiance to the Enclave is still as strong as ever. It's just that wandering around the wastes pretending to be a member feels totally pointless, even if my character does share similar beliefs.

And Holy Assassin is right: the Regulator Duster is indeed badass.

I'm not sure if this counts, as it's armour, but I love combat armour with a bandanna.

Well when I mentioned armor I didn't mean you can't choose armor as a favorite clothing, I just meant only choose it because you like how it looks and not because it gives you the most powerful stats and protection. A lot of times when these kinds of topics get made people always choose power armor just because of the stats instead of choosing outfits based on how cool they look.

Maple's Garb was always a favorite of mine, plus it was actually pretty good as armor.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v90/subrosa_florens/Computer%20Games/Fallout3047.jpg is currently wearing the Outcast version of http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=675. I like how the red looks against the black. It goes perfect with Lincoln's hat and Lincoln's Repeater.

The http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3991 is a favorite of mine too. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v90/subrosa_florens/Computer%20Games/Fallout3035.jpg

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1751 was a long time fave of http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v90/subrosa_florens/Computer%20Games/Fallout3043.jpg

Of the vanilla gear, I have a soft spot for the http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v90/subrosa_florens/Computer%20Games/Fallout3045.jpg. It looks like the kind of rags and cast-offs I would expect to see people wearing in the wastelands.

For vanilla clothing, I like Raider Paingiver Armor, Leather Armor and the All-Nighter Nightwear and I like to put Poplar's Hood with the Lucky Shades on a companion.

I suppose I have a few different ones.

First and Foremost I think the merc-charmer outfit on my male character whose just gotten out of Vault 101.
Armed with his trusty 10mm, and the third-person mod which makes third person mode look sweet, I think he looks pretty bad ass.
Hes also for the Waster haircut which makes him look even cooler.

Secondly, I think, THINK I have to go with the Eugeine (i think it is) in Paradise Falls. His pimp suit rocks. And havin all them hoes makes it better :D.

Next I think would be Rielley's Ranger armor, coupled with some dark shaded glasses and a combat-style helmet. Made my heavy weapons female character feel pretty awesomely cool. Made me feel like a merc-for-hire.

Some other notable ones would have to be:

sixy Sleepwear. I was hopin a mod would come out that made male characters drop their guard and not shoot you til you shot them haha.
Jericho's armor in Megaton. Dont know what its called, but I really like his. Makes him look like a post-army bad ass.
And finally would have to be *forgot the name let me think...*.... ..... .... .....wow.. I completely forgot everything I was even thinking. WOW. Oh well.
EDIT: Now I remember! The Regulator outfits, as well as the Sherrif's armor in Megaton.

Heh heh, very true, indeed, my friend. You're with the Enclave, right? I hope you serve them well with such beautiful equipment.

Oh, believe me, I would. But the transition costs more than £1000 and requires at least some computing skills -- of these I have neither. Besides, doughnuts are better than cookies, anyway.

Is that Gun from a mod?
If so, which mod?
Been trying to find a good gun mod, but Apoc Armory and FOOK2 just aren't my thing.
