Basically what is your favorite TES political faction and system?

Mine is the great house system of Morrowind because the Dunmer have managed to make an oligarchy like system work without a ton of tyrannical leaders, and my favorite faction is House Telvanni because giant mushroom towers, ancient magics, their own unique culture and Telvannis is the most alien like place in Tamriel.

I like the Xaleel because they're bat[censored] insane.
