There are many great quests, so this is tough. So I'll write a short list -- not in any particular order:

  • Reilly's Rangers -- such a long, epic battle, and the rewards at the end are sweet
  • Who Dares Wins -- I'm an Enclave supported, so doing this quest was tough, but I cannot deny that the Presidential Metro battle was the stuff of legend and so was fighting the Enclave's forces
  • The Velvet Curtain -- an interesting quest that took me everywhere around Point Lookout. Nice reward, too.
  • The American Dream -- meeting President Eden was an honour, and the first time I was so shocked at him being a ZAX.
  • Tenpenny Tower -- putting those ghouls in the dirt is a great feeling
  • Trouble on the Homefront -- it's nice to come back and see everyone in the vault.
  • You Gotta shoot 'em in the Head -- Fort Constantine is amazing, and I enjoy killing Crowley.

Walking with Spirits in Point Lookout because of the Sacred Bog which is easily the most atmospheric location in the whole game.

For me its definitely "Tranquility Lane".. Just totally caught me off guard.

The whole "Pitt" Questline was great too because of the moral choice.

I haven't played Fallout 3 in a long time, but the Oasis quest is definitely one of my favorites, if not my favorite, from what I can remember.

You forsook us for TES :( I know you have room in your gaming life for occasional wasteland excursions. Don't deny the power of the post-apocalypse!

On topic: My favorite quests are Who Dares Wins and Finding the Garden of Eden.

1) Replicated Man - But only for the first couple of characters. I loved that I had no idea what was going on for a really long time and that I only knew I had the quest because it was announced on the Pipboy and that I could talk about it with so many NPCs spread all over the gameworld. And I really loved it once I figured out I could get both rewards by lying to Zimmer and then he had the component on him after I killed him. It was all pretty great.

2) Reilly's Rangers
3) Tenpenny Tower
4) Blood Ties

Is that too many?

Hmm, I don't think I've even finished or found all the quests. But out of the ones I've done I'll list my favorites in no particular order. :)

Tranquility Lane: Loved the whole 1950's American Town simulation. The sociopath inside me will always enjoy torturing the residents.

Stealing Independence: I can imagine that if Indiana Jones lived in an Apocalyptic America, he would definetly join me and Sydney in trying to steal the Declaration of Independence. Exploring the National Archives was pretty damn cool, and I love the robot. :)

Wasteland Survival Guide: For some reason I love working for Moira, I guess because I agree with her whole reason for writing the Wasteland Survival Guide. Plus it gives you some nice rewards.

Power of the Atom: The first real quest I did in the game. I've done both sides of it, but I think I perfer blowing up Megaton because I like the house in Tenpenny Tower better.

The Velvet Curtain: The only quest I've really done in Point Lookout, but it was fun. I loved walking in the footprints of a Chinese spy who died over 200 years ago.

Reilly's Rangers is probably my favorite in terms of the battles involved. Plenty of violence, targets that shoot back, and no guilt. And the rewards ARE awesome. The only downside is that I'm a karmic Good Citizen, so I can't have both Eugene and the armor.

I also get a warm fuzzy feeling from the endings of "Those!" and "Agatha's Song".

Free Labor (The Pitt) - I don't think any video game has challenged my morals before, this quest succeeded in doing that.

Wasteland Survival Guide - Long, epic quest with many many options. In this playthrough I did it all the way with every bonus objective. I was almost done with the MQ by the time I was able to finish.

Walking With Spirits (Point Lookout) - Post-apocalyptic acid trip, need I say more.

I have to say the entire Pitt questline was my favorite.

If you mean only one quest though, then it would have to be You Gotta Shoot Em In The Head. Or Walking With Spirits, just for that awesome bog place you travel through

The Wasteland Survival Guild. You can make it work, you can stuff it up or in between. And the stuff you can do and getting there to do it.

Probably Reilly's Rangers, but I'm not sure why. It's pretty much one long extended battle. Not a lot of choices. There's just something about the locations I like.

Also maybe "Those!", maybe because that's the first quest I did when I got the game (aside from some of Wasteland Survival Guide which I consider too long to be a single quest). I like sniping the ants. Also I like frenzying them and watching them fight each other.

Wasteland Survival Guide!

It's the one quest I always look forward to whenever I make a new character. The snide remarks you can make about all of the stuff Moira puts you through is just priceless.

TAKE IT BACK!
The sheer awesomeness of having a squad and doing this like, all-out attack with liberty prime was AWESOME! I loved how when he hit someone with his laser vision the person exploded.
However, when I did it on the PC with FWE installed, I raised the damage multiplier and kept getting owned by the explosions he made.
