Wood Elf (Bosmer) and archery.

Although if you count mods, then Mystic Elf.

My favorite attacking style is a tie between Blade and Magic.

Bretons and magicka. I always use magicka to support what I'm doing. The only time I use destruction is to enchant my weapon with said spell effect. I'm a marksman in my games going for the stealth attack from a mile away, continuing with poisoned enchanted arrows, and following up with medium ranged confusion/disabling spells and a dagger when things get a little too close for comfort.

You, sir, are on a post-making rampage.

In Morrowind, Nord and greatsword. I liked the benefits from imperials, but they were just to danged ugly and badly-animated to want to play.

In Oblivion, Imperial with a sword and shield. It seemed like the setup the game was asking for, and I didn't want to play a nord again because they were pretty horrific.

In Skyrim, I plan to play a Nord with a greatsword again. Just seems like what the game is asking for.

EDIT: Hey, I'm an Adept now!

I am a Breton who uses dual wield mage. After i finish the game on my Breton i will beat the game on all the other races with different combat styles over time, but my main account will always be my Breton battlemage.

Redguard. Blade. They fit together so well! Lucky me!

I don't see why Redguards are so unpopular. They're one of the coolest races in the series as far as I'm concerned. I've never met a Redguard that I didn't like.

Edit: Oh, also, stop posting stuff like this in Skyrim General Discussion. It has nothing to do with Skyrim and belongs in the Elder Scrolls General Discussion forum.

I feel the same exact way...with Argonians.

Breton, sorcerer. Master of elemental destruction magic art. Grand connoisseur about all arcane summoning variations. No blades , no hiting. Just the universe's spirit emanating from my hands.

My favorite race is the Dunmer. There is just so much role-playing gold in that race.

My favorite weapon is magic. There is so much to do and I can approach each battle in a variety of ways with a plethora of spells at my command.

I usually mod in my own "race", and call it either Visigoth, or Catalan... the Barcelona connection.

Favorite way to fight: depends.. if I am playing one of my Templar mods, sword and shield. If I am playing a barbarian character, 2-handed sword or 1-hand axe and shield

A Breton they look like a mix between Imperials and Nords and are best played half and half. So a Breton BattleMage with 50% magic and 50% warrior. I don't understand why people are liking the Nords so much becuase I never even saw a playthrough online with someone playing as a Nord and for Oblivion and Morrowind mostly everyone played as an Argonian, Breton, Wood Elf, Dark Elf, High Elf, and Imperial. The Nords, Redguards, Orcs and Kajhits no one really liked than Skyrim poped up and now every one wants to play as a Nord which I can understand becuase of the Viking snow theme which that is Skyrim. Me I'm no fan of Nords becuase their abilitys are not that great like the resistance to Frost damage is kinda svcky.

Bretons are cool if you use the race balancing mod in oblivion. They're like high elves that don't get zapped by magic, and they don't look like big weedy nerds waiting to get slapped in the overripe melons that are supposed to be their heads. Magic is cool because you can just be like hey I will burn you up like a little goofy goober and then the enemy dies but if you're not into that then you should be an orc with a warhammer and just crunch them. just crunch them okay? it'll be fun, I promise.

This poll is a little hard for me to vote in. The first part is easy enough. I prefer to play a Breton more often then not. The latter, though... As a battlemage, my "favorite" is a mix of blade and magic.
