Definitely back. I'm so glad he got rid of that annoying voice he did through the whole Relapse album.

I love the song Insane on that album, haven't really listened to much else on it though.

EDIT: Underground is also awesome on that album.

I think Relapse got a lot of bad reviews because people went into it with the wrong mentality. I listen to most of those songs as fun/party songs. "Must be the Ganja" and "Crack a Bottle" especially. You throw those on at a party and EVERYONE dances. If you wanna listen to what Em's been through and how demented he is, kick back and throw on "Insane" or "Beautiful".

 I'm not a fan of rap/hip hop, but I was just wondering if that counts as rap/hip hop. I don't like it either.

It's this new genre of "club/dance r&b/hip-hop/rab" that's become popular lately. "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzCgKomUT9M" also fits into that category.

I generally classify everything Akon is involved in as "trash".

Medicine Ball - Eminem. Such a great song.

"Put Christopher Reeves on a uni-cycle with a kickstand,
kick it up and push him and lead him right in to quick sand!
Here you need a hand, big man? Grab hold of this branch,
with both hands, but they don't understand I'm just a sick man!
Now everybodys pissed at me like it's my fault his name rhythms with so many different words, jeez!
So one last time Mr. Christopher Reeves,
wont you break it down for me and just spit the verse please?"

Im firmly in the camp that Em fell off. He has such a talent and to me he squandered it. He could have spoken to people the way very few have, and they would have listened. I stopped listening to him a while back. I might try his new stuff and see if its a return to his "roots" so to speak.

Anyway, anyone else but me pick up the new Bone Thugs CD?

Maybe, but everything I've heard him in has been terrible, which has made me tune him out somewhat, I'm sure I'm missing a few good songs, but I can live with that.

I think Tech N9ne deserves recognition as probably the best indie artist out there today

I like Tech N9ne at times, but I would still give this title to MF Doom and by a pretty wide margin.

I know this won't make sense to many people here, but I just love this song.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHiXzl89X3Y&feature=related

I'm just loving that song lately, the rapping is in Norwegian and the singing is in Swedish, but damn the song just sounds so good. Check it out even if you don't speak the languages, and if you do and haven't heard it a million times already, congratulations, you don't own a radio :P

Dolla dolla bill y'all! :jammasterjay: But in all seriousness, I am not a hip-hop fanatic. However I loved the first Wu-Tang album.
