Runnin' : The Notorious B.I.G. ft. Tupac

Those two rappers making the song ought to make it sound awesome outright. But even if you just hear the chorus, you'll fall in love with the song.

Why am I fighting to live if I'm just livin' to fight,
Why am I tryin' to see if there ain't nothin' in sight,
Why am I trying to give when no one gives me a try,
Why am I dieing to live if I'm just livin' to die.

Its such a bad ass song. And unlike a lot of rap these days (although this was made back in the good days) it actually tells a story and has some meaning. Another fav of mine is Road to Zion by Damien Marley ft. Nas.

Couldn't agree more, awesome song.

Check It Out, Shadrack/Meshach/Abedengo, Hey Ladies, the whole Rhymin & Stealin album, Beastie Boys
Scenario, Tribe Called Quest

They Want Efx, Das Efx...

I takes my Fruit Loops with two scoops and make it a double decker,
Oh VInce, the baby, come to Papa Duke,
a babaloo, ooh, a babaloo, boogedy-boo
I went from Gucci to Stussy, to fliggedy-flam a groupie,
to Zsa Zsa, to yibbedy-yabba dabba hoochie koochie...

All the really good stuff isn't new.

I agree. It's not often you can find it, but when they can actually sing it's great.

I have listen to a few other of his leaked songs and I have to say I'm impressed. He does not sound like the typical rapper of today.More a Kid Cudiesqu with a more artistic feel to it.His album comes out on the 27th and I will be getting it for sure.

What's the song called...?
And Forever is a great song, but Kanye West verse is pretty terrible IMO..weezy and em really kill it, though. drakes verse isn't anything to write home about either, IMO. But eminem murders it.

Jeezy, Lil' Wayne, Kanye, Plies? What has happened to hip hop? I miss the days when you could easily find a creative hip hop artist. Now you have to rummage through all of the pseudo-gangster, money flashing [censored] just to find someone with decent talent. More people should be listening to Wu Tang, Doctor Octagon, General Patton Vs. The X-Ecutioners, The Roots, Gza, Public Enemy, N.W.A. and etc instead of Lil' [censored] Wayne.

I listen to The Roots, Public Enemy, NWA, and Lil Wayne.
You seem to have a serious complex about him. Whether you like him or not, to say he's not good at what he does is a bit silly, considering how many people like him.
But I'm not going to get into this argument, it's been done before so many times. You're right, I'm wrong. Yadda Yadda.
Just because it's not your personal cup of tea doesn't mean it's bad music. It means you don't like it. Your opinion =! everyones?
