Mine is a tie between High elf, Dark elf, Wood elf, and Redguard.

I love Dark elves but I made a couple more High elves.

I suppose my uber mage was a high elf, but by the time I warped him in character creation he looked like a really tall imperial with yellow skin.

Imperials, I like being not particularly great at anything until I earn the skill to be.

So what your saying is you don't want to be great, until you earn the skill to be great? lol

Well I dont really mind the other races and dont mind being really good at certain things in the beginning of the game, thats just why I like Imperials.

My second favorite race is khajiit, it just bums me out that in oblivion you cant give them tiger or leopard skins or anything like that, not even a real good lion mane. Atleast not on the 360. =/

I like Khajiit. They make interesting mages.

Since I've made a lot of argonian characters, I'd have to say them with 2nd being tied between nords and orcs.

My favourite race to play is Khajiit, it was the first race I played in Oblivion, which was my first TES game. It was a friend of mine who talked me into buying TES, I had been a big MMO player, and the way he described it, it sounded like it had similar aspects to MMO's but it was single player. This friend would show me screenshots of his Khajiit character, telling me stories of what he'd done.. Man, he loved Khajiits. He was a self proclaimed "Khajiit freedom fighter", hell, that was his msn display name haha! He'd go on about how he hated imperials and anyone who had a Khajiit slave.

He also got me into Morrowind after I played Oblivion!

Another reason is that I am a human in real life, so playing as the human-esque races just wasn't for me.. Why be what I am in real life? I am trying to escape real life! That's why I roleplay!

I don't think I've ever played an Imperial.. I've played other races, just for not very long, my highest levels have been Khajiit or Argonians.. I love Argonians too!

Depends on which game it is. If it's Morrowind, then dark elf. If it's Oblivion, then it's imperial. If I had to choose one though, it would generally be imperial.

Usually a wood elf.

High Elves are my favourite by far.

Depends on the character I'm playing, but Dark-elves & Argonians tend to be my favorites.

I like Wood Elves because they have a lot of skill bonuses that I enjoy--75% disease resistance, good a sneak and thief skills, etc. The only thing I don't like is that they aren't very strong starting out, but that can be changed by my chosen birthsign, or just by leveling up, so I just deal with it. I like the Khajiit a lot, too, and Dark Elves. But still, I'm partial to the Bosmer. (I don't like being male for Bosmer, though, because they're too short; I'm already short in real life, so it feels belittling to be the shortest character in Tamriel, too, lol)...

Nords, they suit my style of equiping heavy armor and using claymores, plus they simply look awesome. Poor Nords, they're not getting much love in this poll.

To be honest I haven't played as the Khajiit, Orc, Redguard or Wood Elf..haha. And I've been playing since Morrowind came out..sad I know.

I tried Argonian, didn't care much for it.
Being a High Elf was pretty lame for me..

Nord would be my favorite, though I don't mind the Dark Elf and Imperials.

I only like playing a warrior..and Nords seem to be a good race for such a thing.

I've been playing with Khajiit thieves since Daggerfall.
Out of the Khajiit races, I prefer the cats, like those in Morrowind and Oblivion, but I miss Daggerfall's tatoos on the face.
