Ahem, my favorite was Vault 11, best story and great buildup. Sure it didn't have much to fight or some new toy to play with once I got through it. But what I got was a great deep throated laugh about the folly of human nature.

Well this area is only exclusive to the New Vegas area. I didn't want to put it in series because I just wanted to do the Mojave vaults.

And I didn't see any better place to put it. If a mod thinks it should be moved to a better corresponding section, they will go ahead and move it.

After some thoughts, I ended up voting for Vault 22 of which I very much
liked the vivacity of the environment, contrasting all the dullness seen thus far.
The close 2nd would be Vault 34. Scary and challenging layout but
quite rewarding if you get out of it alive.

Vault 21! Everythings better, when you experience it, in a Vault.

(Commas added to stress spoken delay in Mr. New Vegas's tagline)

Vault 34 personally is my favourite. Something about shooting Ghouls with a Riot Shotgun point blank to the head just makes me laugh. Just out right fun for me. Vault 11 had the best story of the Mojave but best Vault ever for total gameplay has to be Vault 15 from Fallout 2.

Vault 34,

call me tasteless, but I simply preferred fighting zombies over a (pretty awesome) story.

I loved Vault 19 because this happened when a resident found a sunset sarsaparilla star cap:

"Oh God, my bottle cap HAS A STAR ON IT!!! It must be some blue plot! IT MUST BE!!!"

"Good"
After that I felt there should have been a throaty "MWUHAHAHA"
