So now that all of the DLCs are released, let's talk about our favorite weapons and armor. This includes all DLCs and the base game so there may be minor spoilers. Alright, I'll start it off by saying: I love the Medicine Stick in Gun Runners Arsenal and the Courier's Duster with Caesar's Legion on the back.

I am loving the Desert Ranger Armor from Honest Hearts. I have not started Lonesome Road yet, so I am excited to see the Elite version as well.

As far as weapons go, This Machine used to be my favorite, but I am really enjoying the Medicine Stick and the Bozar.

Why is the medicine stick so popular?

La Longue Carabine (Cowboy)

With Cowboy it does a hair less damage than a AMR at only 5 pounds and has a much improved set of sights. Still not a sniper in terms of accuracy and there's better dps out there but as a short to mid range can opener for punching through high DT critters and npcs it's hard to beat.

For weapons I am rocking the COS sniper rifle for long range kills and GRA AMR for tough long range kills or a pack of people or animals close together with the explosive rounds. For mid range I have GRA Assault 5mm rifle with all mods and short range Lil Devil and melee katana. All weapons have all mods except katana because I can't find the sheath. All rounds are hand crafted with hand loader perk and looking for a new mid range rifle, I'm open to suggestions. I havent played Lonesome Road yet so cant comment on their items, yet.

For my armor I have 1st recon beret, Joshua Grahams armor, Dr. Mobous glasses. While sneaking around I use assassin suit or MKII stealth Suit. While walking around home base and non violent places I wear Veras outfit. I have a female character.

My favourites are That Gun, GRA Hunting Revolver and Ratslayer. I favour pistols in general, and those pistols are the most useful IMO, and Ratslayer is light, accurate, easy to use and stays relevant for a long time if you use variant ammos. I don't really have a favourite armour.

Armor: Bounty Hunter Duster, Trooper Helmet (which I like as it reminds me of the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pith_helmet), Van Graff Combat Armor.
Weapon: ALSiD, YCS/186

Armour: US Army General Uniform
Weapon: Glock 86 "Plasma Defender"

If you have Cowboy, then the Brush Gun is basically -THE- gun to get. It hits like a truck, just like the AMR, except it fires much faster and it's more capable of fighting enemies at close-range, aswell. Medicine Stick fires faster than the Brush Gun, holds more rounds, has slightly more damage and improved ironsights.

Basically, if you have Cowboy, you can use the Medicine Stick to serve literally any purpose. It's -THE- endgame weapon for a Cowboy.

1.) Field Hand Outfit with Combat Helmet.
2.) COS Sniper with hidden shots, then Gobi when discovered by enemies.

i currently only have honest hearts so far
, i havent tested the new armors out ..but im pretty happy with my desert ranger armor i also mix the armor with the ranger grey hat and regular ranger clothes , so m y character looks alot like a hi tech cowboy

for long range ,,,i love LA longue carabine for heavy prey, the gra amr , for devistation i use the explosive rounds

for midrange its the bozar , it covers the lmg, marksman carbine, and the assault rifle slots nicely , for close range spray, sleepy-time
for pistols that gun or the 5.56 pistol , and the ranger sequoia for melee i use the katana , or the war club i also like using the machete gladius.

i gave veronica the two step good bye ,,,she is devastating with that thing. i dont worry about the legion assassins anymore :lol

US army combat armor, breathing mask, 12.7 SMG GRA(laser sight ext mag no silencer), combat knife, frag grenades, flash bangs.
Boone uses the exact same set up. And i got e de FOTA style.

My favorite armor is either NCR ranger combat armor, or Elite Riot gear

- Caravaneer outfit (male); not even "armor", but I like the look of it, with the slung satchel. It looks "courier"

- 25mm APW (with the velocity upgrade)
