Favorite Weapon? : Fallout 3

I was playing earlier and i reliazed for almost every firefight i get into i bring out my trusty (harkness) A1-32 or something Plasma rifle so it got me wondering whats your favorite and most trusted weapon to use.

I'll also give you my least favourite weapon.

-Gauss rifle. Because it is bugged beyond hell and always misses because of it.

SAKO M95 Assault Rifle. Because it's Finnish, like myself.
That's my favorite automatic rifle..
Otherwise, I don't know.
Desert Eagle is pretty sweet, but I go for explosive round .223 Pistol.

And yes, they are mod weapons.

From vanilla and DLC guns, I go for Alloy Steel Assault Rifle, or the rifle in O:A simulation. I really like its colors, being so clean.

The Man Opener is my favorite melee weapon.
Deathclaw Gauntlet is my favorite Unarmed Weapon.
My favorite Small Guns weapon is probably the Terrible Shotgun.
And i have an indestructible Sniper Rifle which would be my favorite Big Gun Weapon. (im not sure if it is classified as a big gun or not 'o.O)

Current character favors MPLX Novasurge. She has low EW skill and no perks so it's not ridiculously overpowered. Love the Insurrectionist Rifle. Tried the M4 but didn't like it.
Last character was a grenade fiend. She Nuka-Grenaded everything in sight just to see the pretty colors.

Right now I'm using the M60 and FN FAL from the FWE expansion. But who knows what else I'll come across. I tend to change weapons like my underwear.

Barret M107 SASR. It's a sniper rifle nearly as long as I am tall.

So... beautiful... ;3;
It punches gaping holes into things. Like walls. And vehicles. And torsos. What's not to like? : D

EDIT: Yes, yes, mod weapon. >.>
As far as vanilla weapons are concerned, A3-21's plasma rifle is where it's at.

i am hopefully going to make my own weapon with the G.E.C.K and it will be a basic combat shotgun which fires 5 bullets at once (alien blaster bullets) and it will be very light

yes, i know this would be cheating a bit but oh well....

i'm going to use a combat shotgun as it is very common so i can repair it without trouble

Well, that's for you.

Some of us like using weapons we like in the game. Plus, using mods like FWE makes the game much more immersive, extremely challenging, more realistic, and better.

After you have done and found everything in the game you must start add content to keep game intresting.
For me there is never too much weapons out there, and Fallout 2 had P90, AK-101 and couble others "real" weapon as well.

I'd love to see how RK62 would work and look (and sound) in the game. Lots of fond (and not so fond too) memories about it.

Many mods make things more realistic. I wanted more enemies to fight. The wasteland was too empty for me so I filled it full of more people and creatures that want to kill me. It's a harder place to survive now and I like it. Modded weapons are just something different to use after hundreds or thousands of hours with the vanilla weapons.

Ol' Painless for me. I love the model. It's old and it looks like it's been repaired god knows how many times. Fits the wasteland perfectly. Two other contenders (without their flaws) would be the Scoped .44 and the Sniper Rifle. The flaws I mentioned were, the Magnum having a [censored] scope, ruins it in my opinion, should of been used for Uniques not for EVERY, SINGLE, ONE. The Sniper Rifle degrades so fast it's painful to use.

Mine was the Hunting Rifle, until I pushed my character into some Power Armour for the first time, and started using Energy Weapons. Now I'm hooked on Vengeance, and can't believe how much my play style has changed just from donning heavy armour and toting a huge weapon... everything's... faster. :gun:

The xuang Chinese assault rifle is my favorite all round weapon until the enclave shows up and drops enough ammo to make the android's plasma rifle usable. For ranged attacks my favorite is the Lincoln's repeater (unless it's an easy humanoid kill then I use a Hunting Rifle - that .45 ammo is hard to get).
