Mid-range: used to be This Machine, but I am digging the Medicine Stick.
Side arm: ALSID
Close quarters: Riot Shotgun
Long range: GRA AMR, or Paciencia

I am also really enjoyingn the versatility of the Bozar. It works well at a distance and at mid-range.

Spacesuit and helmet for radioactive areas
Rebreather for under water

Weapon: Close-in: 12.7 mm sub-machine gun
Long range: Gauss Rifle
Area Effect: Annabelle
Big Boom: Esther
Colorful effects and when lots of damage is needed for close-in work: Tesla Cannon

I wear a chained prosttute outfit and carry a rolling pin.

That's real life, though. In the game it's Joshua Graham's armor and a riot shotgun.

Actually, I'm really enjoying the Paciencia now. I actually like it better than the Medicine Stick due to its accuracy.

Love This Machine and the YCS is pure awesome. My trusty knife for those Sandman kills is still my all-time fave.

Reabreather/Ulyss's Mask (can't spell, sorry) and a 1st Recon Beret.

Anything composed of a duster, so Sheriff's Duster early on then Veteran Ranger armor later.

I shuffle stuff around so much that's its not even funny, but right now I'm really liking the NCR duster+first recon beret and a fully moded AMR. Give me a week though and it'll probably change.

Love Blood Nap from LR and the Scorched Sierra PW is the best for tanking, Rest of the time I sport light armors mainly swapping between the Courier's and Ulysses' dusters. The new mini nuke ammo is so useful and the bonuses from Esther make my character have a whopping 77 DT with all my other perks. Been tooling around with the GRA - AMR with all the mods and explosive rounds. Lots of fun. The last DLC's added alot of useful stuff. Two step-Goodbye hurts me when it criticals; probably from all my explosive perks, but still what gives?

I honestly think the fully modded Hunting Rifle is my favourite weapon. It looks awesome and has that post-apocalyptic look to it, and with mods I just love the idea of someone taking a beaten up old rifle and working on it to make it perform better. What a great looking old piece of junk it is.

I love it too and it also comes with the lowest spread of any weapon in the game, but the Paciencia completely made it obsolete to me. I love the iron sights on it and the crit damage is insane.

My favourite gun is without a doubt the CZ57 Avenger. I just finished Hoover Dam for the NCR with it and it mows down everything, the only thing it didn't manage to kill was Lanius and that was just because I was saving Oh Baby for him. As for my favourite armour I'm going to have choose the NCR Courier's Duster. Add the +25 lbs from the Duster with the Burden to Bear perk and 10 Strength and my carry limit was 375 lbs. The Elite Riot Armour is a close second.
