my character has recently been reading 'the Argonian account' series, (although I cannot find book number 1), what about you? Does you're character have a favourite book or series of books, does your character read at all? :read:

I haven't read them all, but I quite like the Real Barenziah series.

The Lusty Argonian Maid, naturally. I also prefer non-fiction books about "current" events, like the one about the provinces. The old histories don't really interest me, and it's hard to find them in the right order.

I haven't read 'the real Barenziah' series yet, i might give it a go. I think everyone has read 'the lusty Argonian maid', it's a classic :foodndrink: the shivering isles has quite a few books commenting on the flora and fauna if you want more non-fiction books, my character has collected many books and samples from the shivering isles, he's quite the scholar.

As for my favorites, I like The Black Arrow 1 & 2, The Armorer's Challenge, Last Scabbard of Akrash, some others (can't think of the titles just now).

Immortal Blood

I forgot to add this to my list. This is the first book I read in the game, it was laying next to the bedroll outside the ayleid ruin you see when you first leave the sewers.

It inspired me to make that character a vampire, given the chance.

*I'm surprised no one has mentioned http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:2920,_The_Last_Year_of_the_First_Eraseries yet. Multiple stories coming to a single denouement. Truly epic!

"http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Knightfall", definitely. Every time I read it, I wish all feudal lords back in the Middle Age were like Garridan...(which is how supposeadly they were NORMALLY meant to be), and not the extremely rare exception of being greedy, gluttonous, cruel, lame and complete jerked bastards.

My favourites are Ahzirr Traajijazeri, the Words of clan mother Ahnissi, Mixed unit tactics. and the real Berenziah series.
But the words is the top of my favourites if pressed.

This is a bit tangential but: is there an easy way to organize books?

My character has started a pretty good collection, but GEEEZE are they annoying to shelf.

Is there like a mod or something there you can just *click* and they sort themselves out on a bookshelf?

I think my favorite book is that one that is about the demons, can't think of the name . . . it gives you +1 Destruction though and you can find it near Bruma (hate to give spoilers).
