Why?

most realistic and immersive. Although MW has got the grittiness, I find it hard to immerse myself when I cant sit in chairs, and when bread 'has no effect on me'

Morrowind by a landslide. The Morally grey main quest is enough to push it up to my favourite. There's many other points, but I'd just be rambling.

You need something to back up your statements. Most realistic and immersive? Could go any way depending on how you look at it. That is bound to start some flaming.

As I've stated in the last thread, about 2 days ago, concerning which TES game is my favorite, and the one before that, a week ago, Morrowind is my favorite.

Morrowind by a landslide.

when one says "by a landslide", does that mean with an overwhelming margin, or by a slight advantage? I know what you mean by it, but landslides are usually started by a slight shift in balance between the force holding the land in place, and the force contrasting it.

"Landslide" is also a figure of speech. Come to think about it, it doesn't make sense at all, does it? I need a new phrase for this kind of thing...

It's a really tough choice for me between Morrowind and Oblivion. I picked Oblivion just because I played it much more, and I still play it much more. It's not really a graphics thing, because I know Oblivion's are supposed to be much better, but Morrowinds don't bother me at all, and it doesn't turn me off of the game (maybe just some of the animations), in fact I like some of Morrowinds meshes better than Oblivions, very unique. I think it might just be because it feels very comfortable to me (Oblivion), the controls are much better IMO, and the Menus and Map aren't as confusing.

How about we stop stating the why and just say "I voted for Oblivion"

This is a poll.. Not a discussion. Let the results decide, not your own self sense of the best game.

Morrowind for me, followed by Daggerfall, and Oblivion in third.

Morrowind, with Oblivion just a hair behind it. Daggerfall and Arena didn't factor into my judgement because I never got very far into either. The control scheme was, I thought, overly complex, and resisted my efforts to make it somewhat more rational.

Oblivion's my favorite.

Probably because it's the only TES game I have ever played

TES: VI is my favorite. Went 20 years into the future to play it, it was pretty damn awesome. Makes Morrowind and Daggerfall look like complete and utter trash. Hell, not to mention it blows the hell out of *name removed*
