Favourite encounter

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 8:59 am

I made this thread because for the first time today I rolled into Broken Hills in the Car I must say after the ensuing Dialogue I had tears in my eyes from laughter.

might not be one of the hidden encounters or secret encounters but is definitley my favourite

So what are some other peoples favourite encounters?

Horrigan executing the family, just having to sit there and be unable to do anything was quite powerful.

Yup, still gonna count it as semi-canon though. :)
As long as the RP doesn't contradict any lore post FO2 then I'm going to consider it semi-canon for flavor material.

Kaga was funny. :)

Lets see I liked the "guardian portal" where the chosen one was transported back in time, to Vault 13. While exploring he accidentally breaks the water chip.

The bridge keeper, Unwashed villager hunting a spammer, Cafe of broken dreams.

F1- Can't quite recall one in particular
F2- The King Arthur brotherhood encounter
F:T- Brahmin Poker
F3- The broken Mr. Handy
F:NV- Brahmin running away from a troop on The Strip.

Ah yeah, Mobsters vs Yakuza is also pretty nice, just stay out of the way and knick the fallen enemies stuff when they've killed each other. :P

I'm still wondering why Japanese mafia members were hanging out around New Reno. Ah the Yakuza... the Talon Company of Fallout 2.

Anyway my favorite encounter is a herd of talking Brahmin from Fallout 1.

This, the first encounter in-game with the enclave.
