The enclave , although being wiped out by the bos and ncr . Theyre armor is amazing. They're bravery is outstanding and arcade gannon was one come on and if you complete his quest he gives you enclave tesla armor which goes well with the tesla cannon it just all win win win!

What's yours?

Its a Tie for me :

Lagion - I really like the concept , but the in game execution ... They are to weak , not the juggernaut force you are made to belive before you meet them.

The Kings - Whats not to like ? They are cool , have tons of hair gel and dress like Elvis.

NCR or maybe Brotherhood. I agree with most of the Brotherhoods ideals other than being complete dikes to outsiders. As for the NCR I admire their success.

That's a pretty crappy reason; Arcade was never an Enclave trooper, he wasn't even five when he had to go out and live in the wastes, that's qhy he describes the Enclave, incorrectly, as a "fascist paramilitary organisation".

The Legion. They've accomplished almost as much as the NCR in a fraction of the time, and without any technology to help.

Also, their uniforms are cool.

Favorite Faction relating to New Vegas:

NCR because they are rebuilding a civilization that I would not mind living in. Also I watched them grow from nothing but a small wasteland town called Shady Sands.

Favorite all time Fallout faction :ermm:

Midwestern Brotherhood. Why? Well this says it all "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GtXhuaTcohY

Mr. House- Because he has the best plan for humanity, The Strip is just a small datum of what House can give to the rebuilding of Humanity. House is progress :disguise:

I like the Brotherhood, and it does seem that the BoS has either gone soft or it has to do with the location

I also like Enclave because of Frank Horrigan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1y1neKU87Uk

And I like the NCR because they are underdogs

NCR? Underdogs? Bull. They're a pretty key piece of the series in the West Coast area. They're pretty much the Antithesis of the term Underdog. :unsure2:

Underdogs is the wrong term, I agree. Still it seems every faction is dog piling on NCR.

I would have to say NCR, because they seem like they been and are expanding to new areas. If they lose to cl then I wouldn t like them anymore

Then it would be the followers, because they seem like they r all about helping people.

Bos depends on their ending..........so no comment.

That's because the NCR has a habit of pissing on everyone that has something they want.

No argument there, but at least NCR is not just going in guns a blazing, leaving nothing but death and slavery in their wake. They can so easly get what they want by simply taking it by force but they don't. "Catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar."

Not a shot at the Legion. Not trying to start a NCR vs Legion debate.

They aren't? Well I think so, I mean if you side with them, and do everything you can do edge the chances in their favor they barely win. Meaning to me that if I didn't exist to help them they'd get crushed, or win with catastrophic casualties and then collapse later. What ever, regardless there is no need to be hostile about it, but on another term I like them because they are cool and help everyone

Followers are my cup of tea.... as long as I can keep my EW's! (They are just so SCIENCE!)
Also, I like the Bos sort of. It varies from member to member.
Jacobstown is a place that gives me a fuzzy warm feeling too.
Hmmm.. what else... oh, yea. Tribals! More concept than how they act generaly.

The problem is that the NCR will approach you with an olive branch 'Hi! I like you, let's be friends. I'd like to expand your land into the New California Republic. Wanna join? :D'

Then when that person says 'No thanks' the NCR will either go storming in, or, as in Vault Cities case, coerce them into joining by hiring Mercs to attack the other guys land. The NCR is just as bad as anyone else because they cannot and will not take 'no' for an answer. I don't hate the NCR, but the way they opperate is to corrupt for my tastes.

@Kraken- NCR has an entire state (IE California) in their posession, as well as parts of Nevada (IE New Reno). The NCR is far from needing a helping hand. As I see it, me siding with House whilst keeping diplomatic relations with NCR will ensure the survival of the sides I see as progress (IE House and NCR). But I suppose it all boils down to how you see the politics of the world in the game.

Followers of the Apocalypse. Although I'm pretty sure they would disprove of my membership (I murdered Santiago in cold blood merely because he spoke in the third person.) They help the inhabitants of the wasteland in anyway they can.

NCR I'm wary of, it's mostly on a person to person basis. People like Colonel Hsu and Ranger Jackson I sympathize with and see them doing some good. But the NCR itself I see sounding good on paper but in execution leaves something to be desired. Plus I'm bothered with trying to emulate and rekindle pre-war government when it was pre-war government that got us here in the first place.

I really can't speak on House or Legion since I haven't done playthroughs of them and really heard their side of the story just yet. I could read up on them in the wiki but I'd rather talk to both House and Ceasar and detail and make my decision's then. First impressions though? If it was possible I'd give House a high five.

If they had taken No as an answer they would not have expanded. At least they ask nice first. With Vault City they asked nice alot. They have only gone in shooting against such factions as the Enclave. With the Mojave, NCR could easily take out Mr.House. As in Mr.House lets them set up in the Strip. Lets them carry weapons. All NCR would have to do is send in NCR agents dressed as tourists. Plant alot of C4 at the doors of Lucky 38 and blow the doors open and storm the place. A few Robot Gaurds can't hold off NCR's Army in the Mojave. Only thing saving Mr.House from NCR is that NCR wants to play nice.

I'm sure high ordinance explosives have been used on the Lucky 38 to jar it open in the past 200 years, and to no success.

True about the guards, half right about their reason to play nice, prior to The Courier, the only thing stopping a war with NCR is Caesars Legion, they fear attacking House would leave them vulnerable to a Legion offensive.

Guess that makes it okay then . When the organisation claims to be the champion of freedom and democracy and that's how they do [censored]. [censored] those guys.

Really, you think that House let the NCR pile C4 and explosives outside of his base and did nothing?

Of course not, what I meant by that was that raiders or tribals with explosives have likely tried driving trucks or throwing explosives into the Lucky 38 between October 24,2077 to present.

My favorite faction is the Enclave.

Currently while they are not considered a Faction in NV (Hence why the Remnants have the alignment of the side they fight for), they still have stat attributes from their Armor in the stat names. While they're a very minor part, they are the remnants of the Old US government. They also made my favorite suit of Power Armor. While they are very extreme, I've seen far worse in both Wastelands to judge them the evil enemy of every game.

As for an actual Faction Alignment, Probably Mr. House. The Brotherhood hasn't really changed, unless you count the Mid Western schism or the East Coast civil dispute. Both in the Capital and Mojave, I've destroyed the Brotherhood (mostly).

It would be a little selfish to say Yes Man, as that is the usual ending for me, but if I had to pick a Side out of the Triumvirate of power's in the Mojave, it's Mr. House. Firstly, Vegas has been his for over two centuries. Secondly, while the NCR is a democracy, and they protect a small portion of the West Coast, they are selfish, just like any expanding power. They will either sabotage something or find a way to get something they want like Vault City, storm over Navarro, or they'll Roll over what they want with force.

The Legion is worse. My history isn't the best, but the intentions of the Warlords and Emperor's during the beginning and height of the Old Empire was not what this Megalomaniac of a Caesar is. While loyalty to your leader can supersede a cause, I haven't seen a single example of a Neo-Legionnaire fighting for the somewhat decent cause Caesar was trying to lead. I also don't like Slavery, and killing Slaver's makes me happy, even if I enjoy turning entire towns to slag.

The examples of Mr. House being corrupt is somewhat missing. He's reclusive, and only takes a chunk of the winnings from the strip, not the whole pot. Under that, outside of game completion Metagaming, his goals, or his reasons to the Courier, are more sound then NCR expansion or Legion Takeover. He seems much more focused about the betterment of humanity then the day to day life of each living human in the Mojave.

Boomers are a Vault group turned paranoid, and somewhat Tribal. Partially amusing like a Welsh demolitionist, they're the only source of extra mini-nukes in the Wastes that I know of.

Followers of the Apocalypse are probably the nicest faction out there. I haven't been stabbed in the back by them yet.
