I don't know if it is a QUOTE, but it is funny when you listen to the Galaxy News Radio on your pip boy and Three Dog is talking about your father and you leaving the vault and he is like what is going on down there a rebellion, then he says something else and then he says "DID SOMEONE FART". I don't know exactly why but I think that is one of the funniest things said in the game

The super mutants have the funniest lines in the entire game. It's worth getting the sneak skill up just so you can get close enough to listen to them talk to each other.

I was playing the Pitt about two hours ago. I was sneaking around uptown after , picking off Pitt Raiders. I rounded a corner and was confronted by three assault rifle toting raiders, who blanketed me with lead. As my dieing moments were played in slow motion, I swear one of them said "Sit!". I laughed so hard I had to pause the game after it had reloaded. Anyone who played Kingpin on Hogies' server back in the day can relate... yes, I remember you Sephiroth.

Also, I agree that the Super Mutants have the most comical lines, both quantity-wise and quality-wise. I like sneaking up on groups of them and just listening to their conversations.
