Whiterun. It has some snow, and some greenery, and one of my favourite towns.
I like Whiterun and Riften.
I'd enjoy the icy-cold ones more if Skyrim had a realistic hypothermia system. Strutting unconcernedly through a blizzard without getting cold (not to mention swimming in icewater) kills immersion very efficiently.
Falkreath, I love the feel of an autumn forest, but Riften is also a close contender for some of the same reasons. But they both have beautiful lakes so I tied the two.
The Rift is my favorite region in any Elder Scrolls game. If it weren't for the Bears I could happily live in the Alchemist's Shack in real life.
The Reach wasn't exactly my initial attraction. However, it has become one of my favorite areas in the series.
I like most of the southern ones; Falkreath, Whiterun, Riften (dunno if they have special Hold names).
