The Imperial Bridge out in the wilderness, and the Two Sisters in Skingrad. It's got a very homey feel to it.

The Fo'c's'le back in Anvil, it's my favorite type of building, though it might just be me being an Altmer, I do get stuck in some of the door archways, still worth it though.

For my character secrecy is essential, so she avoids staying at inns. And if she does, never for more than overnight.

Where is the Roxey inn?

Almost directly North of the Imperial City, on the Red Ring Road.

Ok so I have concluded, without counting, that Inn of Ill Omen is one of the most popular inns in Cyrodiil. It′s location couldn′t be better, along a main road, but to me it doesn′t offer very much. However, the people have spoken :)

In general I like inns and taverns, the reason of course I made this thread. Nothing feels better than after a day exploring to take a stroll down to the local tavern/inn and socialize a bit, along with some fine Nordic mead... no wait that′s another game ;)

^ Drunken Dragon Inn is also a great place to go if you've made alot of potions & poisons and need a place to sell 'em without going into town.

Favorite INN? It really is a tough call for me. In the countryside (sorta) most of my chars have always liked Pells Gate. It's a pretty location, those 3 townsfolk outside are nice for chit-chat and taking down that errant wolf who's been following me the last mile, the Innkeep (forget her name) always has this huge stock of potions to sell, which is important cuz sometimes it's inconvenient to go all the way into town to get one. There's that fort right across the road, which is one of my favorite dungeon-dives. :) The innkeep doesn't rent any beds, but
Spoiler
if you pick the lock upstairs, nobody sees, and the bed is essentially free and can be slept in.

The problem with Pells Gate is the Innkeep offers no money if you wanna sell a potion. Somehow, she still has zero gold even though all my characters who've stayed there have given her hundreds if not thousands over time..

My favorite town Inn? It's up to my character. Usually it's a toss-up between Tiber Septim Hotel (which has that MASSIVE food-feast waiting upstairs, yet nobody ever eats it!), the West Weald Inn in Skingrad with its Alchemy shop in the basemant and interesting floor plan layout.

..I dunno, :shrugs: it's hard to say which is my absolute faves, really. Those are just the ones that popped into my head.

yeah i like this one or one of the ones near skingrad, maybe its like a house or something.

Not if you ask Manheim at Inn of Ill Omen. He likes that sign better :)

Olav's has to be right up there-- just a great atmosphere and good entertainment from time to time. For relaxing in front of a fire, I really like the Two Sisters Lodge in Skingrad-- nice and peaceful with comfortable chairs and a roaring blaze. Many of my characters spend some time at the Newlands Lodge-- the Orcs can provide some good entertainment (even if they're a bit surly) and Dervera Romalen's a doll. And often when they're on their way to or from Leyawiin, they'll make it a point to detour and stay at the Imperial Bridge Inn-- beautiful location and interesting clientele.

I wasn't gonna respond to this one. I like most vanilla inns well enough. It's really hard to single any one inn out of special praise. That said, I am gonna single one out, the Wawnet at Weye, not become of the inn itself but its proprietress, Nerussa. She's got a great personality and isn't bad on the eyes either.

Additionally, the Wawnet as modified by AFK_Weye gets my nod for best inn in Cyrodiil. There, the inn becomes a gathering place for locals (the combo of AFK_Weye and Region_Revive-Lake_Rumare turn Weye into a thriving village) and on-break patrolling Legionnaires (VOILA). My avatar stopped off there for an evening meal just prior to my supper break. The place was packed! Many locals were there, as were four patrolmen. All were gabbering a-mile-a-minute. It was hard to hear myself think in there. The village story-teller was there, sitting in her corner chair. I had her recite an account of my adventures during "The Battle of Bruma", which earned a hardy round of applause from all present. (AFK_Weye provides scripted hand-clapping at the end of each recitation, both animation and sound.) Sadly, the local all departed for their beds before I could get any screenshots.

Merchants inn. Great location and also a nice place to stay when my character spends a lot of his time drinking, eating and betting at the Arena after he goes into an Oblivion gate.

Anyone up for Bleaker′s Way Inn? Kind of hard to find, at least I didn′t find it until much much later when I already had found Drunken Dragon! :ooo:

Am I the onlly one who dislikes the Inn of ill omen? The people there are creepy and S'jira's potato bread is too tempting.

My Altmer stays at the Tiber Septim almost exclusively. The only time he doesn't is when he is putting the moves on:
