My favourite place would be either the top of White Gold Tower (I'm on console, and it took me DAYS to paintbrush up there... Totally worth it...

Then probably Anvil Bay. I'm from Newcastle, England, which is a seafaring city, so I feel very at home with the sea before me, and the ships in the docks after returning from some grand adventure. Also, the sunset is just... miraculous...
