Ancient Nord.

Heavy:

Male- Carved Nordic & Blades

Female- Iron & Dawnguard

Light: Male- Dawnguard & Thieves guild

Female- vampire or Dawnguard

Cloth:

Male- Mourners clothing with black boots or Tavern cloths with the Brown boots with lighter buttons

Female- Miners clothing with the lace-up boots and hood, I like the looks of the hide bracer's with this outfit, even if it is armor

Robes:

Male or female- Taron Dreth's robes or the Dragons cult robes.

-Carved Nord Body

-Dragonscale Boots and Gloves and Shield

-Dragonplate Helm

For heavy armor it'd have to be orcish or ebony

Light armor probably dragonscale(elven armor makes your character look like big bird)

I don't really like any of the vanilla helmets though. Maybe the steel one with horns

Same here, I like anything that looks battle worn and the Ancient Nord represents but I rock the steel Nord gauntlets with it...I almost never wear a matching set of anything.

Vanilla armors are overrated.

Ebony armor or Nordic Steel Plate for a Nord warrior knight. Dragonplate also looks good for a Nord as does ancient Nord armor & heavy Dawnguard.

Dragonscale or light Dawnguard with a hood (cowl) for an Imperial Spellsword

If I were on PC then I would likely never use vanilla armor again and would probably pester a forum friend to create custom armor/weapons to my liking

Light: Full Fur - no helmet, Dawnguard - no helmet, Thieves Guild/Guild Master, Dragonscale.

Heavy: Iron, Dawnguard, Ancient Nord. Blades look good on females so I sometimes give it to my wife.

I forgot. I love the Barbarian armour from Theminblack's UNPB Armour shop.

I think my personal favourite is to combine a full suit of Daedric armour with a Falmer helm. Looks way badass.

for warriors i usually go with deadric once its available using wolf armor till then

for theives and assasins i go with nightingale

and fir mages i go with archmages robes, deadric gauntlets and boots with morikai

Nightingale Armour is ridiculous and silly looking and in no way inconspicuous, so I quite like that. Heavy Dawnguard Armour I also think looks great.

My most used and favourite is Orcish though, even though I prefer Light Armour for speed and stamina regeneration.

My favorite combo is :

Hide,Nordic Carved gauntlets & boots,Jagged Crown,Nordic Carved Shield.

Full set...I would say Blackguard's or any of the Thieves Guild armor variants.

Ebony, steel plate, banded iron, and Linwe's/Blackguard's Armor.

Nordic and Ebony. Orc is OK.

Too sixy.

Most of the armors already mentioned i like too. One i dont see mentioned alot that i like is Bonemold. Its got pretty decent stats, and i especially like the shield.
