Favourite NPC

Oh! Umm... I really like Uncle Crassius and Varvur Sarethi. The former's just hilarious, and the latter strikes me as sweet. ^^

My main obsession is with Almalexia, though. All things considered, I have a bit of a girl-crush on her... I found it unfortunate that I couldn't be her token 'Annoying Adoring Fangirl'.
I wanted to be all like, "By Almalexia, by Almalexia, by Almalexia - it's ALMALEXIA! ? ? ?"
....... *insane*

Varvur Sarethi... the latter strikes me as sweet. ^^

You too, eh? It's a shame he only has like 3 lines of dialogue. Though I must admit, I like his father even better. ^_^

Socucius Ergalla. I will never forget his dialogue, as it is forever engraved on the inside of my skull from all of the new characters I've created then banished to the depths of my recycle bin.

My favorite is probably Caius Cosades.

I also love Helseth, Dram Bero, Diviath Fyr, Athyn Sarethi, Aryon, Percius Mercius, and Barenziah.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Baladas_Demnevanni_(person) - arguably one of the most powerful (if not the one) wizards on Vvardenfell. I like his whereabouts, the overall atmosphere and mist surrounding him.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Tul , My first playthrough I was an argonian who fought to free his people's freedom. When Tul wanted to travel together I was stoked and just ignored his quest. We cavorted across vvardenfel together having a grand time. Ohh the cliff racers we punched together. why did you have to fall in that boiling lake of lava

Hmm, tough one, I'll take the easy out and say I like almost everybody who doesn't attack me on sight! I have lots of friends on Vvardenfell.

Mistress Therana and Mistress Dratha. Oh, they have been a thorn in the side of Maximillian's, my Telvanni uber mage, side, bein' crazy, conservative, stupid, short sighted, hilariously well written and well characterized persons with which he must always deal with.

Galbedir. The enchanter in Balmora's Mages Guild. She is always there when I need to get some enchantin done, and such affordable prices.

All of the Silt Strider caravaners. They never get any love.

Big Head. Gotta love a guy who keeps a Fork of Horripilation in his shack.

Mudcrab Merchant. 'Nuff said.

Athyn Sarethi. My life long friend from House Redoran.

Percius Mercius. Gave me all of the tools to lead the Fighters Guild.

Divayth Fir. He's a boss. Duh.

I'm surprised that no one mentioned Barenziah. (EDIT Excuse me Fallen Fool)
She's gracious, wise, and kind and a living link to the history of the Empire. She is the kind of NPC that my chars want to spill their hearts to and the writers would have been taxed to say all that she could say. It was an honor to have a quest to defend her.

Big Head. Gotta love a guy who keeps a Fork of Horripilation in his shack.

Athyn Sarethi. My life long friend from House Redoran.

Yes.
Big Head = fabulous.

Sarethi is my hero! Almsivi bless him for being such a wonderful mentor.

Itar the Gentle [from Dagon Fel] - I love his look and even his name. I built a player version of him, who became my only successful Nord character to date.

Mistress Therana - She's crazy as a diseased Alit and I love her for it. Who doesn't want their house lines with Kwama Eggs?

Anarenen [Ald Rhun Mages Guild] - Fondly remembered because he was the first person who really, in great detail, explained what ingredients were from and tasted like. My dinner settings have vastly improved thanks to this guy.

M'Aiq the Liar - "Of course, there is an island you can reach filled with wonderful, naked, glistening bodies. It only appears when the moons are full, the rain falls, the seas run red, and it's M'Aiq's birthday." Nuff said.

I almost forgot! The big one, the best one:
Dagoth Ur! Yes, that's right. My old friend and loyal adviser. It makes me so sad that I couldn't side with him in the end. (Console user.)

Caius Cosades - Awesome dude. Can't really name any specifics, I just thought he was cool.
Captain Carius - I liked doing his quests in Bloodmoon, and (well, in my game at least) it was pretty cool how he survived fighting all those warewolves.
Hrisskar-Flat-Foot - Always did his quest first when first starting out, his name just stuck in my mind.
I'm sure there are plenty more, but I haven't played this game in years and these are the only guys I could remember (Aside from the important ones, like Vivec for instance).

Ditto! "Ah, yes, we've been expecting you. [Insert wierd ahh-sound here] You'll have to be recorded before you're officially released. There are a few ways we can do this and the choice. Is. Yours." "Interesting... Now before I stamp these papers make sure this information is correct."

... Wow, I'm a freak. Anyways, apart from Socucius Ergalla I also love Hul, that one Argonian standing near the Balmora entrance as well as M'Aiq the Liar, Therana, Big Head, Divayth Fyr and UNCLE CRASSIUS! For obvious reasons.

Every addition to this thread reminds of other great NPCs like Granny Varis at the Mournhold Temple who reminds you, "I clean this temple Sera. Mind you, keep it that way."

Jiub-Obvious reasons
Ajirra or Ahnassi-I can't remember which one was the khajitt in the Peligiad inn
Lots of others

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Morrowind - http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Sinnammu_Mirpal

Due to the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Ahemmusa_Nerevarine quest and helping her find a new place to reside.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Bloodmoon:Bloodmoon - http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Bloodmoon:Falco_Galenus

Due to the whole http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Bloodmoon:East_Empire_Company_Quests Quests and storyline throughout. I choose to help and be friends with Falco instead of http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Bloodmoon:Carnius_Magius due to him seeming to be corrupt and evil.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tribunal:Tribunal - http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tribunal:Barenziah

I like her because she's nice and wise. Felt valued and appreciated to save her in the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tribunal:An_Assassination_Attempt quest.

Caius Cosades was a father-figure to most of my characters. I'll never forget him.

Jiub. The first, and only, friendly Dunmer in the game of Morrowind. I miss him more and more everytime I get off the boat.

Umbra, because his story always makes me sad. Such a powerful warrior, but with such a tragic tale behind his power.

Pretty much everyone in Seyda Neen, it's very refreshing to see all of the familiarity of the place when I come back from an extended hiatus of playing various others games unfit to share my HD with Morrowind.
