FCOM help - missing meshes

Hey guys. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum section.

I followed the steps on the FCOM: Convergence page, with two different variations. I first followed the "First-time user install guide" first, which took me many hours to figure out what to do with most of the files. I then followed the directions on the main "Convergence" page, which was way simpler to follow, but it still didn't help me fill in these missing meshes.

I was missing a good number of meshes when I was trying out the game with the "300testcell.esp" areas. The meshes that were missing were the "Rusty" weapons that most goblins and skeletons used. After hunting around for a mod that contained these "Rusty" weapons, I came across a file called FraNewItems.bsa, opened it up with OBMM to view the contents, and found a bunch .nif weapon files in a /rusty/ folder. I'm assuming this is the culprit, and I probably need a .esp or .esm file that activates the FraNewItems.bsa file. I can't figure out what I need to do to get these meshes back in there.

A lot of creatures, such as the Gore Rat, Clannfear Runt, Decayed Zombie, and a few others are partially or completely missing textures. I'm not sure if these are connected to the Francesco's files as well.

If anyone needs to know, I'm using FCOM to install MMM, Francesco's, OWC, Bob's Armory, and OOO. I'm also trying to get Midas's Magic. I have the Steam version of Oblivion Deluxe edition. Comes with Shivering Isles, and all the other DLC.

Does anyone know how what file(s) I'm missing?

Reinstall MMM correctly and make sure bsa is named properly.
