FCOM Mod Issues

So I've spent the past 4-5 hours messing with this grouping of mods trying to get the game to launch with absolutely no luck. Prior to trying this I had the game running fine with several other mod setup, however to start this one I did a full uninstall and deleted everything. Even cleared the registy files and such. With a clean install I followed the FCOM newbie guide for setting it up. Downloaded and installed everything it told me to in the exact order it told me to. Setup the re-patched the bashed file and tried to run the game and it instantly gives me an error.

I'm assuming it's either an error in my list order wise (although I let BOSS set up the order, no errors were found in it) or it's something when I'm re-patching the file because with all of those check boxes I don't exactly know what to turn on and off. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35230 I followed this picture guide right here for that part which was actually very helpful, however it only showed what do select with the Left side boxes. The right-side ones I'm completely in the dark about and in most cases I just hit Select All for them. Minus the names one because it showed that box in the picture guide.

Please, post in the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1205114-relz-fcom-convergence-and-ufcom-relz/ and post your load order via Wrye Bash. (Right-click on the 'File' header in the Mods tab and choose 'List Mods...'. The output is copied for you.)

[censored] my life. Apparently I had it setup fine, I just needed to delete the oblivion.ini file and let it make a new one. Apparently my last install's options were still saved on the other one. All that time wasted for something so simple -.- Game started right up now. Going to get the settings where I need them and try a newgame.

Deactivate the plugins that are merged into the Bashed Patch (and merge them if you have not already done so). More importantly, 3 Francesco's Optional New Creatures Add-On.esm [Version 4.5bSI] <-- Don't use this with FCOM

Make sure your MMM and Fran BSAs are renamed as well; otherwise, they won't load.

I have no idea what you mean by renaming them...

In any event the game is starting now but a few things have me puzzled... The tutorial went just fine, but as soon as I came out of the sewers I crossed the river as usual to kill the 2 bandits there and several things caught my eye.

1. Instead of the normal 2 bandits there, there were 3. One was an outlaw that came at me first. I killed him, or atleast I thought I did since he was lying there not moving. But then he suddently got back up, said "I give up" and ran away like a little girl. What the hell?

2. I then used my bow to sneak attack one of the other ones, got him for 3x damage and killed him. He fell over and turned a Green color. Then got back and ran at me. I killed him again and he stayed dead.

3. The bow bandit I shot several times and he finally died, he turned Green when he died as well. Is the mod supposed to do this or is something messed up?

4. Also it's counted all 3 bandit fights as assaults on my behalf and considered all of their stuff stolen when I looted it...
