FCOM Oblivion seems to run only 30mins-1hr

I just noticed that while in Bruma and in the Jerall Mountains my game will only run 30mins to an hour before crashing, where it used to run 3-4 hours straight before crashing. This is my first time in Bruma and the Jerall Mountains since I've installed Oblivion and FCOM + other mods. If I've done something that would lead to the game crashing and continued from the autosave, could that be the cause of these early crashes? I've recently ran a disc defragment on my harddrive, could this have corrupted my saves?

It won't help you. You need more actual RAM before you can let the program use more of it.
