FCOM 1.0 made some changes with respect to resource paths that broke some prior compatibility patches. The FCOM team (Team Alpha) isn't responsible for third party mods, obviously. This thread is an effort to try to track which patches are known to have issues, so mod authors can be made aware of the conflict if they're still around, and which have been confirmed as compatible.
I'll try to maintain the information in the first few posts with respect to compatibility, but obviously this won't get very far if there isn't community effort. So, please provide your own input and additions to the list, as you confirm things work in your own load order.
I'll try to organize this as follows in the next several posts, which I'll edit as new information is made available:
1) Patches that were known to have worked fine with FCOM 0.9.9 but which have confirmed issues with FCOM 1.0
2) Patches that were known to have worked with FCOM 0.9.9, but have not yet been confirmed to have no issues with FCOM 1.0. (I expect most of those won't have issues, but we should still try to confirm.)
3) Patches which are confirmed to work fine with both FCOM 0.9.9 and FCOM 1.0
